21:08But with the additional video footage that shows the female with the weapon in hand shooting in the direction where
21:15the victim was, was found.
21:17That wasn't even a, that wasn't even a dude with the sweaty ass gray shirt on.

26:35but it feels good to know that we've had the help of multiple agencies to help us with this
26:42the vehicle had been spotted and inside the vehicle there are three black females

30:52what the girl who i came whose wedding i came back her for uh

32:41determine whether or not you go home or you are you are you staying here so we need to know

35:16back to get you to bring you back to new orleans to face these charges that you're about to get

35:49but the important unfortunate part of all of this is that there was someone that died so this is a
35:55homicide investigation okay and so at this point you won't be going home you will be getting charged
36:01with second degree murder okay and you will be going to new orleans um and maybe a week or so
36:07whenever they decide to come okay all right we're done the time is 3 4 2 8.

37:32the shooting so we're gonna see the group right here walking up
37:41they're arguing with another guy that's like kind of like following them so they're trying to push them
37:46up the street and telling the guy to go back because he's walking towards them and here she goes
37:56and she drops the magazine and this is mia lindsay so this is going to be mariah the driver of
38:06the car
38:07and she's trying to say she didn't see anything but she's turned around and she's looking
38:11the only person that can honestly didn't see anything is her
38:17that's all right so this is mia's brother cam
38:22she dropped the magazine and her brother picked it up so wow you know it could have been multiple
38:32people shot yeah that was it was straight carelessness that man could have been shot
38:39the girl she could have been shot that's just how close she was
38:45this is ridiculous
38:48really ridiculous they were walking up bourbon street and the guy and mia kept getting into it and
38:55they were arguing mia ultimately pulled her weapon and began to fire in the guy's direction
39:01unfortunately she missed him and struck myself who had nothing to do with this incident whatsoever
39:10we got a good bit done but still got a little more work to do
39:13but i'm glad we got her off the street um and more arrests to come yeah

39:36so on yesterday there was an indictment that went through on the homicide of christopher oates jr
39:42um mia lindsay mariah campbell as well as cameron lindsay were all indicted in this case

40:28solve all my cases it's really a good feeling when you can say we got these people off the street
40:51you guys did a great job today in court i'm glad i was able to witness that and look at

40:57in her eyes to let her know that we are concerned i am a concerned parent
41:02i my only son is gone my first born is gone it's gone i would never see him again right

41:10her mother her father can see her and talk to her over the phone i have to go to the
41:15graveyard but my
41:16son won't be able to answer back to me so to lose him prematurely like that innocent bystander but
41:25chris he don't i know you know he would just love by so many to know him is to love
41:29him right he was
41:30a great father of two children 18 months and a 12 year old which he loved dearly and they don't
41:40have a father yeah they growing up without a father we their support system we all that they have right
41:46now right being an advocate for my son if he was here he would say live in peace i am
41:54an advocate for
41:55chris as well when we investigate homicides that's how we feel we feel that we are the voice of our
42:01victims yeah because they're not able to talk they're not able to tell the story they're not able
42:06to say what happened so we are the ones that have to do that narrative for them and we are
42:12your support
42:13we're here we support you and your family and you know we just you know pray that justice is served

42:19well thank you this is kind of a hard case as far as my victim being an innocent bystander
42:30it's heartbreaking it gives our city a black eye sometimes but we have a lot of good here
42:38but um i know he's with god and he didn't take him away from me he received him with open
42:45arms
42:46yeah because his heart was right yeah he did his big brother duty by walking his sisters to the car
42:51kissed him on the forehead i love you i see you tomorrow yeah we are grateful that you guys
