05:24there's an article telling you
05:25that we're in the middle of a health crisis.

05:35But what can we do about it?
05:37You can go for a run,
05:38or you can lift weights,
05:40or you can do what a bunch of people in England did recently,
05:42and you can go for a run while lifting a weight,
05:45and that weight is your wife you are carrying.
05:48Where can you do that?
05:49At a wife-carrying race.
05:51That's right.
05:52This is a wife-carrying race,
05:54and it was held recently in Surrey, England.
05:56And if you're worried that wife and carrying
05:58means something else in British slang,
05:59don't.
06:01Because it is exactly what you think it is.
