German, Israeli and Taiwanese officials honored victims and survivors of the Holocaust at an event in Taipei, with the German representative to Taiwan warning that neither Europe nor Asia will be safe should Russia emerge victorious in its war against Ukraine and Taiwan's vice president stressing the need to resist the expansion of authoritarianism.
