00:29It's not hard to dance, it's hard to do 8 hours a day dancing.

00:35Running is not bad for you.
00:37Running ultra-marathons is horrible for you.

00:40Running 5K for you is not bad.
00:42Dancing for fun, it's amazing for everybody,

00:48Dancing from 9 in the morning to 10 in the night, yeah,
00:51full out, it's painful.
