00:09My name is Diana Coronado, I have 16 years working with Carnaval de Barranquilla SASS,
00:17decorating the carrosses.
00:18My name is Álvaro de la Hoz, I am a carrosser and I have 24 years
00:22to build carrosses for Carnaval de Barranquilla.
00:24My name is Vanessa Osorio, in this moment, in this year, I am participating in Carnaval
00:29de Barranquilla, from this point, in Las Carrosses.
00:32I love everything that has to do with the Caribbean culture,
00:35and that's why today we are doing this and representing the Caribbean
00:39and all the costumes through Las Carrosses.
00:44We started with the design that we provided Carnaval de Barranquilla
00:48and then we started building the pieces and sculptures.
00:52Exactly, we lasted a month and two weeks, practically, building,
00:57because they are works of art that we make and that everyone will appreciate.
01:02It's something very beautiful.
01:04I am the one who takes care of the decoration as a florist.
01:09We manage the forming, we can see as you can see,
01:14pallet, raso, satin, different materials for the fabrication of flowers.
01:20And with my art, that goes englanding the carrosses that go through the guimbiódromes
01:26of the Vía 40.
01:27We feel proud of what we are doing,
01:30what we are doing, what we are doing,
01:31what we are doing, not only national, but worldwide.
01:34Because we know that this represents us,
01:39that this is what we are doing with pride and what we are doing,
01:42knowing that the people who are going to see it will enjoy it
01:47and they will feel identified.
01:49There is no time to finish.
01:51You have to close your eyes and then you wake up,
01:55because you have to enjoy the Carnaval from this point.
01:58Thank you very much.
