00:39In this program we talk a lot about the importance of giving ourselves the value that we deserve
00:46and putting ourselves in the place where we all need to see.
00:50Because it also starts from the gremium.
00:53If the gremium does not give the value to the veterinarians and if a veterinarian monta a clinic,
00:58which almost always are the same veterinarians who create clinics,

02:08I think we should look at other types of tools
02:11to be able to enjoy our profession,

02:15I can say that I enjoy 100% of my profession
02:18because I give a different path
02:20and because I focus on giving it that value that it is worth.
02:24And then a lot of people can do things
02:24that I enjoy the research.
