03:24te atienden en menos de 24 horas. Oriéntame tiene un convenio con la Organización Rescate
03:29Internacional. Cuando vayas a las sedes de Oriéntame pregunta por las opciones que hay,
03:33pero ten la certeza de que ahí te atenderán. Otra opción, si eres una persona que no tiene
03:38documentos o no está vinculada a seguridad social, sea zona no colombiana, es acercarte
03:43a los centros de salud de ACNUR y el Fondo de Población de las Naciones Unidas. Simplemente
03:48llama en las líneas que ves en pantalla, o ve directamente a los sitios de atención
03:52y pide una interrupción voluntaria del embarazo. Ahí te brindan acompañamiento psicosocial,
03:56te remiten a hospitales públicos seguros y te acompañan durante todo el procedimiento.
04:01Estas organizaciones incluso te brindan ayuda con el transporte para acceder a este servicio.
04:05Y otra recomendación, pídele ayuda a una amiga si así lo quieres. El aborto no tiene
04:10que estar en soledad. No temas decirle a alguien en quien confíes. También hay fundaciones
04:14y organizaciones de mujeres que te acompañan en el proceso e incluso te dan asesoría legal
04:19si hay una falla en el servicio. Estas organizaciones pueden poner quejas o tutelas ante las entidades
04:24de salud en caso de abuso o discriminación. Ellas, por ejemplo, te pueden ayudar si te tratan
04:29mal por ser extranjera. ¿Cómo distinguir un sitio seguro?
04:32Existen muchos sitios que te ofrecen abortos y te entregan tarjetas en la calle como si
04:36se tratara del menú del día y no son seguros. No recibas en la calle tarjetas de sitios
04:40inseguros para abortar. Los sitios seguros nunca ofrecen abortos en la calle ni regatean.
04:45Asegúrate de que el lugar al que irá sea en efecto un lugar seguro. Para eso tienes derecho
04:50a pedir que te muestre la certificación de servicios que ofrece el Ministerio de Salud. Es una estrella de
04:55color azul que debe estar visible en las entidades. Si no te la muestran,
04:58no te practiques un aborto ahí. Los abortos inseguros pueden ser mortales y causarle grandes
05:03daños a tu cuerpo. Conoce tus derechos. Amiga migrante, tu derecho a abortar es un
05:07derecho fundamental. ¿Qué quiere decir que en las leyes colombianas el aborto se considera
05:11un derecho fundamental? Que tiene un nivel de protección especial y que el Estado lo tiene
05:15que garantizar. Así que ojo, no es que solo no te pueden juzgar por abortar, sino que además
05:20puedes hacerlo en condiciones seguras. El aborto está entre los derechos sexuales y reproductivos y a su
05:25lado hay otros derechos importantes. El derecho a la intimidad personal, a la igualdad de sexo y
05:30género. El respeto a tu orientación sexual. El derecho a decidir si quieres hijos e hijas,
05:35cuándo y cuándo. Elegir métodos anticonceptivos. El derecho a la información veraz, completa y
05:41oportuna. Y fresca, no le tienes que consultar ni pedir permiso a nadie. Ni a tu pareja, ni a tus
05:45papás,
05:46ni a tu familia, ni a nadie. La decisión es tuya. Importantísimo, si fuiste víctima de
05:56violencia sexual y quedaste embarazada, puedes llamar a la línea 155, incluso si esto te ocurrió en
06:02Venezuela. Tranquila que por ser migrante no corres ningún riesgo, ni siquiera si entraste al país de
06:06manera irregular. Acércate a las autoridades y denuncia, por esto no te pueden deportar.
