00:06I received an invitation to acquire a lote with their respective home home
00:10in the project Aquamar,
00:13which I built at that time in a company called Poblados Panamá.
00:18I personally, it gave me a lot of confidence and tranquility
00:21the fact that they had similar projects in several regions of Colombia.
00:25After making an abono initial for $9,500, I continued to pay for two years
00:31the sum of $678 mensual, to complete the aportes for more than $22,000.
00:37In view that had been over two years and there was no advance of work,
00:42for incumplimiento of the contract, I solicited the devolución of all my money,
00:46but the company and none of the people gave me a response.
00:49A few years later, I found out that the representatives of the constructors and promotors,
00:56the Mr. Hector Briceño Martínez,
00:58who also represents legalmente in Colombia, Alain Colombia,
01:02Carlos Andrés Echeverry Jaramillo and Juan Carmilo Toro Sierra,
01:05have disappeared from the country.
01:07They have been passed away from eight years since that time,
01:10and it is not just what happened to happen,
01:13because they were hurting a more than 200 people with the dream of having a home home,
01:17some for their retirement and others for their children and their families.
01:22It is not clear that these people, in the name of the same company,
01:26keep being camped by offering on their website
01:28projects in several regions of Colombia.
