00:08What was the biggest impact was when I ran a career in the college,
00:12and then the professor Abadía saw me, he died,
00:16and he was the one who told me to go to the stadium and practice,
00:20but I started marching.
00:23It took about two months and I started,
00:26and I was a national champion and I was a American champion.
00:31I decided to go to Bogotá to train with the Olympic Committee,
00:39and the idea was to be a brand to be in the Olympic Committee,
00:45and I managed to be a brand,
00:48I managed to be a Pan-American champion,
00:52and I didn't receive support.
00:55So I decided to start running,
00:59and that's why I left the march because I almost didn't have support.
01:04What was the biggest impact was?
01:07At the beginning it was super hard,
01:09because one worked at different velocities,
01:12the way to run is different,
01:14and even I started to go to the legs,
01:17because they were movements that I had to strengthen my body
01:21that many years I had to do with other modalities.
01:25But I did very well, I did very well,
01:29I did very well running,
01:29so I did very well,
01:33and I started to achieve big things,
01:37so I did very well in this process.
01:39What did you do?

01:46the truth is that,
01:48I was missing about 4 or 3 kilometers,
01:52I stayed at the end,
01:54I didn't feel so well,
01:56but the experience of being in the World Championship
01:59made me very happy.

02:16and I managed to be a national champion.
02:19The other day I competed with the 10.000
02:21and I managed to be a national champion,
02:23so for me,
02:23after the pandemic,
02:25I managed to be a national champion,

02:30was worth it.

02:34When I was in a career,

02:41everything I've been able to do,
02:42everything I've been able to do,
02:42all the mornings I've been able to do strong training,
02:46I say,
02:47I have to continue,
02:49I say,
02:50I say,
02:50at that moment,
02:50it's more than all the mind,
02:52sometimes the body,
02:53it's not more,
02:54but the mind and the heart
02:55are the ones that help you in a career.
