05:03Y fue algo muy curioso, el Señor pues me abordó y me dijo, mirándome a los ojos con lágrimas,
05:14que su hijo no era culpable.
05:17Y yo simplemente le respondí con el corazón y le dije,
05:20si su hijo no es culpable, no se preocupe, sigan luchando como estamos luchando nosotros,
05:26y que sea lo mejor, pero pues yo no tengo rencor en mi corazón,
05:33porque de hecho no hubiera podido seguir con esta situación,
05:37no hubiera podido salir un poco a flote con mi parte física,
05:41entonces me parece que fue bonito este encuentro.
05:46Hoy el panorama es el mismo de todos los años, por lo que las víctimas denuncian un abandono del Estado.
05:52Los capturados que hubo en su momento y que fueron procesados por este atentado,
05:56están libres por vencimiento de términos.

06:36Este grupo de víctimas tendrá que seguir llenándose de paciencia,
06:39pues el proceso penal que enfrentan los presuntos responsables aún está en etapa preparatoria,
06:45es decir, no ha empezado el juicio y para ello podría pasar como mínimo un año más.
