Cada año se desechan 92 millones de toneladas de ropa en el mundo, de las cuales solo el 1 % es reciclada. En Wolfen, Alemania, hay una enorme planta dedicada a la reclasificación de estas prendas. De ahí, parten hacia tiendas de ropa usada o se emplean para la creación de vestimenta, tapicería y elementos textiles para el sector automotor.
