A pony approaches a jump and becomes unbalanced on takeoff, tipping forward into a rotational fall as the rider is thrown off.
The pair hits the ground, and the pony continues moving away from the obstacle.
The filmer, Hayley, told WooGlobe, “Both horse and rider are okay and feeling very lucky, as it could have been so much worse!”
It’s a sharp reminder of how quickly a small misstep can turn a clean run into a spill.
