00:00When the project's success is discussed, how will you define success?
00:05What will success look like to you?
00:08So I think when guests come to the park, I want to hear from the customer.
00:12I want to hear the feedback as a family.
00:15And the feedback I've received from many Saudis, when they come to the park,
00:19they felt they've been transported to another country.
00:23They never thought they would see something of this caliber, of this scale,
00:27in Riyadh or in the kingdom.
00:29To me, that's the first accomplishment, right?
00:32We've built something that is amazing.
00:35It's going to be world-class, world-class operating standards.
00:39And that's going to be great, not just for our local market from a visitation,
00:43but it'll be enough to draw from a worldwide audience to come.
00:48Okay. I mean, this is a business show.
00:50I'd like to talk about a couple of numbers with you, if that's all right.
00:54What sort of opportunities has this park, Aquarabia, created
00:58in terms of job opportunities in the area?
01:02Well, I would say between Six Flags and Aquarabia, we have over 2,000 employees.
01:07We have a heavy desire to employ Saudi nationals as a key priority for the project.
01:13And I'm happy to say that we're probably, approximately 45% of our workforce is Saudi national.
01:20This is a new career opportunity.
01:23And we've tried to explain and show that, just like in Orlando or in other parts of the world,
01:28this can be a long-term career.
01:30You can start out, as I did, at an entry-level position in food and beverage or aquatics.
01:36And through time and advancing yourself and your skills, you'll be able to make a lifelong career of this.
01:41And that's really our goal for all the assets within Cadiz,
01:45to show that this is a great growth opportunity from an employment perspective.
