00:10the 90 billion euro loan for Ukraine and we very much also welcome all the measures that we have been
00:17taken, especially the 20th package of sanctions.
00:20Ukraine needs financial assistance and it needs momentum and with this, as the European Parliament has been asking for months,
00:28we are giving Ukraine as Europe both.
00:31I will make three points to the leaders today. First of all, on one Europe, one market. This is a
00:37roadmap which will allow us to deliver on what the citizens have asked from us.
00:43We will do it fast and we will do it in an effective way. As a legislator, in full respect
00:50of our competences and with full responsibility of how we can have less fragmentation, more effective decisions with speed.
00:58Secondly, on energy, we welcome the measures to make it easier for our citizens in a time of so many
01:04crises that we are facing. However, we need to go past just temporary measures.
