00:00Well, first of all, I have to say, it's not a safe ballroom.

00:06And one of the reasons I'm building it is exactly what happened last night.
00:12We're building a room right there.
00:14If you walk out and move 20 yards to the left, you'll be right at the entrance to the ballroom.
00:19And that ballroom is being built on the safest piece of property in this country,
00:23probably one of the safest pieces of land in the world.
00:28But that's the White House.
00:30The White House Correspondence Center can't use White House property.
00:33It's able to be used by certainly the White House.
00:35It says the White House Correspondence.
00:37Well, that's the White House press.
00:38I'm sure that it's available.
00:40You know, it's up to the president.
00:41But that would be made available.
00:44And this has bulletproof glass.
00:46This is the highest level of security.
00:49Also, very importantly, I could have built suites on top.
00:52I could have done a lot of things.
00:53And I said, no, no, this has to be pure.
00:56This has to be where people stay off property and they go through one very impactful, very strong entrance,
01:04one very powerful entrance.
01:06There's no games with this.
01:07This is the best, highest.
01:09This has all sorts of security equipment at levels that you could never have in a regular ballroom.
01:15And we're ahead of schedule.
01:17We're right on budget ahead of schedule.
01:19I wish it could be even sooner.
01:21But we're, you know, months ahead of schedule.
01:24But it doesn't open until 28.
01:26So, you know, that means you have another season and a half to go.
01:31Right.
01:31But this is exactly why the military and this is exactly why Secret Service and all law enforcement want it,
01:39because you have maybe a thousand hotel rooms above the ballroom we were in last night.
01:45And I'm not knocking it.
01:46I'm just saying in terms of maximum security, it's not the best thing.
01:51You can do it, but you can have problems like this.
01:54They have an elevator that comes down from the rooms that's very close to the ballroom, which makes sense.
02:02So we're doing something that's going to have a tremendous impact on solving this problem.
