Saïd Benrahma admitted owning dangerously out of control dogs after an attack that injured a man and his dog. Six months on, officials say compensation has not yet been paid.

00:07dogs after an attack in East London. The two XL Bully Dogs escaped from his home in Hornchurch
00:12and attacked a golden retriever called Bailey and its owner Luke Rabin in 2023. Bailey and Rabin
00:19both needed treatment with Rabin saying the dogs had no collars and appeared suddenly.
00:24At Wilsdon Magistrates Court, Benrahma was fined £10,000 and ordered to pay compensation and costs.
00:32He appeared via video link from Saudi Arabia during the hearing in October.
00:36The court service says no payments have been received so far yet. He has reportedly been approached for comment.
