01:00The notion that a flu vaccine must be mandatory for every service member everywhere in every circumstance at all times
01:08is just overly broad and not rational.
01:11Our new policy is simple.
01:12If you, an American warrior, entrusted to defend this nation, believe that the flu vaccine is in your best interest,
01:19then you are free to take it.
01:21You shouldn't.
01:22But we will not force you because your body, your faith and your convictions are not negotiable.
01:28Your health.
01:29It's common sense.
01:31It's the kind of common sense approach we're undertaking in this department.
01:34Rest assured that under President Trump, the War Department will always honor our brave warriors and do everything we can
