A conservation charity is inviting people across Tees Valley to capture local wildlife in a new photography competition. Winning images will feature in a future calendar.

00:07local wildlife. Amateur photographers of all ages are invited to capture images of nature
00:13across the Tees Valley, including parks, gardens and the coastline. Entries are open until Friday
00:19the 1st of May. Participants can submit up to three landscape photographs taken on a phone
00:25or camera, and images must show native wildlife in natural settings and must not be heavily
00:30edited or created using artificial intelligence. The winning photographs will feature in the
00:36Trust's 2027 calendar, with one chosen to appear on the front cover to raise awareness
00:42of local green spaces.
