ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಘಟನೆಗೆ 24 ಗಂಟೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಸಾಂತ್ವನ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸುರಪುರದ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದು 20 ದಿನಗಳಾದರೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೌನ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದೆ. ಇದು ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಜನರ ಜೀವಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ? ಅಂತಾ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರಿಗೆ ಗುರುಮಿಟ್ಕಲ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕ ಶರಣಗೌಡ ಕಂದಕೂರ್ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
