1.6 (Optional) Now if you like you can change the name of the boot-menu entry in BIOS. Lets change the default name ‘Ubuntu’ in BIOS boot-menu to ‘ubuntunew’ on the ‘USB Flash Target’ (say 64GB). Boot into the Ubuntu Linux OS on the ‘USB Flash Target’ (say 64GB). Login into the Ubuntu Linux OS on the ‘USB Flash Target’ (say 64GB) and type the following codes on terminal, replace ‘000x’ with the number of boot-menu entry you want to remove and ‘sdx’ with the disk label for your ‘USB Flash Target’ (say 64GB).
