00:00At least three people have been killed in another U.S. military strike on a boat accused of
00:07ferrying drugs in the Caribbean Sea on Sunday. Authorities say the strikes are part of a
00:13campaign by the Trump administration to crack down on the smuggling of drugs into the United
00:19States. In the past week alone, strikes have killed at least 12 people. The blowing up of
00:26alleged drug trafficking vessels in Latin American waters has persisted since early
00:31September and has killed at least 181 people. The U.S. military has yet to provide any definitive
00:39evidence that the vessels targeted were indeed carrying drugs. Other strikes have taken place
00:46in the eastern Pacific Ocean as well. International legal experts and right groups have criticized
00:53the attacks, saying they violate international law as they have mostly occurred in international
00:59waters and apparently target civilians who pose no threat to the U.S.
