A small aircraft crashed between houses in Pasco County, Florida, on Sunday (April 19).

The Federal Aviation Administration said the aircraft, a Cessna C402, had departed from Tampa North Aero Park before going down in Wesley Chapel.

00:04A small plane crashed into a residential yard in Florida on Sunday, killing one person.
00:10The Federal Aviation Administration said the aircraft, a Cessna C-402,
00:15departed from Tampa North Arrow Park before going down in Wesley Chapel at 8.35 a.m. local time.
00:22I heard metal against metal. I heard the plane coming in.
00:29And then, of course, I heard a crash.
00:33And then I saw all of the flames and everything.
00:37The flames were encroaching a little bit.
00:39I went out with my little fire extinguisher and got some of it that was coming on my porch.
00:48Authorities said only the pilot was on board,
00:50and the crash sparked a fire that caused some damage to a nearby residence.
00:54The National Transportation Safety Board said the plane went down under unknown circumstances
00:59and the incident is currently under investigation.
