20:13Working with new moms can be a little bit of a challenge, especially since she's really

20:18She's learning two things now, how to take care of baby and how to take care of herself.

20:24I think that to go from doing zero to walking at least on a regular basis on top of the
20:30strength training and the cardio training that we're going to do, as well as hopefully
20:34she sticks to the diet that I gave her.
20:37And stand.
