00:00The movie starts in Japan with a student named Takahata.
00:03He stood out among his classmates because he was very smart.
00:06But due to his intelligence, he often felt bored with life
00:10and wished for a challenge to bring some excitement.
00:12His wish suddenly comes true while he's in class.
00:15As the teacher is writing on the board, his head suddenly explodes
00:19and in its place appears a strange toy called Daruma, which starts talking.
00:25This toy challenges the students to a deadly game.
00:28If Daruma turns its face toward the students and sees anyone move,
00:32that student's head will explode instantly.
00:35But when Daruma turns its back, the students are free to move.
00:39As Daruma turns around and catches a student moving, it kills him.

04:28he quickly puts on a mouse costume to distract the cat.
04:31The cat chases Takahata instead, giving Ichika a chance to escape.
04:36Takahata keeps dodging the cat, running left and right, and begs someone to throw him the ball,
04:41but everyone is too scared after what happened to the basketball player.
04:44Suddenly, Takahata starts hearing strange sounds.
04:48Because he's wearing the mouse costume, he can now understand what the cat is saying.
04:52It turns out, the cat just wants someone to scratch its back so it can sleep.
04:56After Takahata understood what the cat wanted, he climbed onto its back,
05:01grabbed the rope, and began scratching the cat's back.
05:04As he did this, the cat relaxed and stopped attacking anyone.

10:05She tried to escape, but the puppets surrounded her.
10:08One puppet fired its laser, which forced her legs open.
10:12They began pulling her apart, until her bones broke and her body was torn to pieces.
10:16The puppets then turned to Tokusa, and selected her as the next player.
10:20But before she could respond, Takahata stepped forward and shouted,
10:24I want to play instead of her!
10:26The dolls agree, and Takahata begins the game.
10:29They sing around him, then stop and ask,

10:33To everyone's surprise, Takahata answers correctly.
10:36The dolls are shocked, and ask how he knew.
10:38He replies,
10:39I memorized your movements when I saw you playing with Taka and Tiara.
10:43They leave the room with the key in hand.
10:45They see one of the students running with a key while being chased by one of the dolls.

10:56When the doll sees them holding hands,
10:57it backs off and leaves to look for another student who's alone.
11:01Now, Takahata's group has two keys.
11:04They hear a noise and head in its direction.
11:06It turns out the sound is coming from Ichika, who's being chased by the doll.
11:10Takahata leaves the group and rushes to save her, grabbing her hand at the last second before
11:15the doll can kill her.
11:16Then a large wooden head appears on the wall, with a countdown timer and seven key slots.
11:22The head says that seven people must insert the seven keys.
11:25Takahata's group meets two more students, who also have two keys, making it six people with four keys.
11:32They need one more person and three more keys, with only two minutes left.
11:36Suddenly, someone throws the remaining three keys in front of them.
11:40It's Amaya, and he's accompanied by another student.

12:42He gives them two minutes to identify the liar or sacrifice someone.
12:46Suspicion falls on one student who said,
12:48My favorite food is vegetables, because vegetables aren't a full meal.
12:53The student insists,
12:54I'm not lying.
12:55I really love vegetables.
12:57But the team chooses to sacrifice him.
12:59The bear crushes him and kills him.
13:01The second question is,
13:03Do you love Takahata?
13:05Since Ichika and Tokusa have feelings for him, they both answer,

15:08Then, Ikuma will start searching for them.
15:10Whenever he sees someone, he'll shout their name loudly and drag them to the prison cell.
15:15That means Okuma has caught that person.
15:18If Okuma manages to imprison three or more students, he wins.
15:22However, if any free student manages to kick the box, all imprisoned students will be released.

16:13They try to fight back, but Amaya is stronger and defeats them, locking them in the cell.
16:18Takahata and Ichika witness this from a distance,
16:21but Amaya also spots them and heads directly toward their location.
16:25Takahata decides to act.
16:27He ties a rope to escape through the window, but Amaya arrives quickly,
16:30and Ichika realizes they won't make it in time.
16:33She sacrifices herself to stall Amaya and lets him catch her.
16:38After capturing Ichika, Amaya rushes back to catch Takahata, but Takahata manages to flee.
16:44Knowing that Amaya will now guard the box, Takahata hides instead of running far.
