00:38In order to move 40,000 people and to pay for the cost of $6 million, we have to charge

00:46Commuters in New Jersey should not carry the cost years into the future
00:52for a wonderful event, no doubt.
00:55But the fans who are going to the game should bear the burden of the cost,
