With Pee-wee out, Miss Yvonne finds a "for sale" sign outside the playhouse, and immediately assumes that Pee-wee is going to sell the playhouse. Miss Yvonne and the playhouse puppets all reminisce about the good times around the playhouse in the finale clip show. They later learn that Pee-wee was merely selling lemonade, but the "Lemonade" part of the sign fell off.
Secret Word: Word (Miss Yvonne does the Secret Word routine in the episode.)

00:30Let's go.
01:25Let's go.
01:35Let's go.
02:08Let's go.
02:38Let's go.
02:40Hey, let's watch this.
02:48Everyone has fun jumping rope.
02:51From the littlest girl to the largest boy.
02:56All kinds of stunts can be done with a jump rope.
03:00Just take your pick.
03:03Do you see what I see?
03:05A long rope and two short ropes in a long, long rope.
03:12This would be fancy footwork even without a rope.
03:16Let's just sit back and enjoy it to the end.
03:25Here comes the most beautiful woman in Puppet Land.
03:29Yay!
03:30It's Miss Yvonne.
03:31Hey!
03:43Hey!
03:44Hey!
04:35That was beautiful, Miss Yvonne.
04:38Oh, thank you, my little magic screen.
04:43Would you like to sit on me, Miss Yvonne?
04:47Oh, I can't think of anyone I'd rather sit on.
04:54Good morning, Miss Yvonne.
04:56Good morning, Terry.
04:58My, what a beautiful dress you're wearing.
05:01You like it?
05:03Looks good from up here.
05:04Oh, why, Terry, I believe there's a vulture in your family tree.
05:11Good morning, Miss Yvonne.
05:13Good morning, Globy.
05:15Have you seen Pee-wee?
05:16Have I seen Pee-wee what?
05:18Have you seen Pee-wee today?
05:21Sure.
05:23Well, where is he?
05:25Who?
05:27Pee-wee.
05:30I give up.
05:31Where?
05:33Never mind, Globy.
05:36You're welcome.
05:40Magic screen, have you seen Pee-wee?
05:44No, Miss Yvonne.
05:45Miss Yvonne?
05:47Ask me.
05:48Ask me.
05:49Listen to me.
05:52Conky, have you seen Pee-wee?
05:54Have I seen Pee-wee what?
05:57I've taken one too many trips to Puppet Land.
06:00I was just playing Miss Yvonne.
06:01Pee-wee recorded this message.
06:04Oh.
06:05Thank you, Conky.
06:09Testing.
06:10One, two, three, testing.
06:13Ah, ah.
06:15Miss Yvonne, listen to me.
06:16Ah.
06:18Hi, Miss Yvonne.
06:19It's me, Pee-wee.
06:21How's it going?
06:22I said, how's it going?
06:24Oh, fine.
06:25I'm out hunting for aluminum cans right now.
06:28I'll be back real soon, so don't go away, okay?
06:32Okay?
06:33Okay.
06:35Bye.
06:36Bye.
06:37Oh, and another thing.
06:39Would you mind getting the secret word for me?
06:41Oh, I'd love.
06:43Bye.
06:44This tape will self-destruct in three seconds.
06:56Okay, Conky.
06:57Give it to me.
07:08Today's secret word is...
07:11word.
07:14Now you all know what to do whenever anyone says a secret, you know what, right?
07:19Scream!
07:20Scream!
07:21That's right.
07:22For the rest of the day, whenever anyone says a secret, you know what?
07:27Scream real loud, okay?
07:29Let's try it out.
07:30Globy, what makes everyone in the playhouse scream?
07:33Scream.
07:33Seeing a monster eat somebody.
07:36No.
07:38Oh, then you must mean when you say the secret word.
07:44That's the way.
07:46Terry?
07:52I'm sorry, Miss Yvonne, but I didn't hear a word.
07:58I said it.
08:00I said it.
08:01I love the secret word.
08:06Miss Yvonne.
08:07Miss Yvonne.
08:10What is it, flowers?
08:12What does this sign in the window say?
08:16Oh, I don't know.
08:17Let's see.
08:19For sale.
08:20Oh, no.
08:22Is Pee-wee selling us?
08:25Oh, no.
08:26Pee-wee would never do that.
08:28And besides, it was in the playhouse window.
08:31So Pee-wee must be just selling the playhouse.
08:36Pee-wee selling the playhouse?
08:42I can't believe it.
08:44Pee-wee is selling the playhouse.
08:47Pee-wee, it's so, it's so, it's so, I can't even think of the word.
08:58We sure have shared a lot of fun times together here, haven't we, Miss Yvonne?
09:02Remember when Reba came over for brunch?
09:05Reba, wait.
09:07Since it's your day off, why don't you stay and have some breakfast?
09:11No, I better not.
09:13No, Reba, Reba, Reba, Reba, Reba, Reba.
09:33Bet you had no idea you were so popular with all the playhouse characters, huh, Reba?
09:37Oh, I do now.
09:39Okay, everybody.
09:41Dig in!
09:43Wow.
09:45Baby, what a meal.
09:46Mmm.
09:51There you go, Reba.
09:57Magic screen.
10:00Conky, would you take this over to Cherry?
10:03Sure.
10:05You are gloomy.
10:07Yummy.
10:11Cherry.
10:12Cute.
10:14Rockin'.
10:15Conky.
10:17And Pee-wee.
10:21Go on, Reba.
10:22Don't let your oatmeal get cold.
10:24Um, isn't there something missing?
10:28Oh, for heaven's sake, Reba, you didn't get any potatoes.
10:42Here we are.
10:44Duh, remember when I got discovered here?
10:55Woo-wee!
11:01Cash, who are you?
11:03Uh, my name is Flory.
11:06How long have you been here?
11:07I've been here forever.
11:09You just didn't notice me because I was underneath your teepee.
11:13Well, why didn't you say something?
11:15Uh, I don't know.
11:18Well, from now on, I'm going to keep my teepee over there so that you can play with us.
11:23Thanks, Pee-wee.

14:37Memories
14:38Light the corners of my mind
14:44Misty watercolor memories
14:47Of the way we were
14:57Memories
14:58May be beautiful
15:01And yet
15:04What's too painful
15:06To remember
15:07We simply choose
15:11To forget
15:13So with the laughter
15:18We will remember
15:23Whenever we remember
15:29The way we were
15:36Hey, remember the time I almost set the playhouse on fire?
15:41That was a close one!
15:43Here we look!
15:46Fire! Fire! Fire! Fire! Fire!
15:49There's a fire in the playhouse!
15:59Okay, that's it, fellas
16:01See you back at the station
16:05Hi
16:05I'm Fireman Frank
16:07Hi
16:07Are all you folks all right?
16:10Fortunately, it wasn't a fire
16:11Just a lot of smoke
16:12But smoke can be just as dangerous
16:15And here's what must have started it
16:18Oh no, my bread!
16:22Too bad
16:23I love homemade bread
16:25So, is that bread ready yet?
16:28No, Randy
16:29The bread is burned
16:30Because somebody turned the temperature way up on the oven
16:32Got any ideas on who might have done something stupid like that?
16:37Um, me?
16:39That was really scary
16:41Remember how scared we were when you ran away from the playhouse, Terry?
16:46Oh, I'll never forget
16:47I was supposed to fill his water dish and I didn't
16:49It's all my fault
16:52No, it's my fault
16:54I wasn't very nice to Terry
16:56Neither was I
16:58I feel awful
17:00Me too
17:02I wish he'd come back
17:04Terry
17:06Terry
17:08Terry, I hardly knew you
17:11Gosh
17:12You never realize how much you miss somebody until they're gone
17:21Please, Terry, not now
17:24Terry!
17:25Terry, you're back!
17:28I didn't really run away
17:29I just hid under the bed
17:31I thought nobody liked me
17:33Oh, we like you, Terry
17:35Don't we, everybody?
17:37We should do!
17:39Terry, just because you have problems at home
17:41Doesn't mean you should run away
17:43You only hurt the people that care about you the most
17:45I'm sorry, Pee-wee
17:47That's okay, Terry
17:49The most important thing is that you're back
17:51Hey, Terry, why don't you come and play with me?
17:54But I'd want Terry to play with me
17:56Terry, play with me
17:57And play with me, too
17:59That's too
18:02My goodness, I don't know who to play with first
18:06My favorite time was our slumber party
18:12Grabbing an indoor picnic in the middle of the night
18:16Had some leftover fruit salad in the refrigerator
18:20Mmm, delicious
18:25Delicioso
18:26Mmm, fruity
18:29I love fruit salad
18:30Then why don't you marry it?
18:34All right, then
18:35I will
18:44Do you, Pee-wee Herman
18:46Take this fruit salad
18:48To be your lawfully wedded wife
18:50To have and to hold
18:52From this day forward
18:53In sickness and in health
18:55Till death do you part
19:00Do you? Do you?
19:03I do
19:04Do you, fruit salad
19:06Take this man
19:07To be your lawfully wedded husband
19:09To have and to hold
19:10And so on and so forth
19:17Yes
19:17The fruit salad said I do
19:21Now by the power vested in me
19:23I hereby pronounce you man and wife
19:30Boy, I'm going to miss the playhouse
19:33Yeah, yeah
19:36What are we going to do, Mr. Buck?
19:38Well, we just can't let him sell the playhouse
19:41That's all
19:41Too much of my life has been spent here
19:44To just sit back quietly and not say a word
19:50Here comes Pee-wee now
19:51Let's say something
19:56Hello, everyone
19:57I have some explaining to do about the playhouse
19:59We have no place to go
20:04This is my home
20:05Look over in the corner
20:09What's the big idea?
20:12How could you even think of selling the playhouse
20:14Without first consulting us?
20:16It belongs to all of us
20:17You just remember that, Pee-wee
20:19It's all our playhouse
20:21It's really sad
20:22You can't pay a way
20:25Hold on! Hold on! Wait a second!
20:27Everyone talks at the same time
20:29I can't understand a single word
20:33What's all the screaming about?
20:35We demand to know why you're selling the playhouse
20:40Selling the playhouse?
20:42What are you talking about?
20:43I'm talking about this for sale sign in the window
20:46Well, where's the other part of the sign?
20:49The other part of the sign? What do you mean?
20:51Wait a minute
21:02I wrote lemonade so big on this part of the sign
21:04That I had to make another one
21:06This one must have just fallen down, see?
21:09Oh
21:12You mean you're not selling the playhouse, Pee-wee?
21:16Of course not, Cherry
21:17I wouldn't sell the playhouse for a million, trillion, billion, zillion dollars
21:22We don't have to travel
21:28We don't have to roam
21:30Be ever so humble
21:32There's no place like home
21:36Oh
21:37Thank you, Pee-wee
21:41Hey, would anyone care for a refreshing glass of lemonade?
21:45Yeah, we do
21:47I would
21:48Great! I'll be right back
22:06Pee-wee, where are you going?
22:10To get some lemons
22:13The playhouse will always be here
22:16For everyone to play in
22:17Forever and ever and ever
22:20On that, you have my word
22:23Yeah!
22:25Yeah!
