00:10resolution with an agenda focused on amnesty, institutional dialogue, and the restoration
00:15of public trust, achieving concrete progress that reflects majority support for the Bolivarian
00:20government.
00:25The amnesty law for the democratic system allowed 8,084 Venezuelans to regain their freedom
00:31closing judicial cases linked to political protests and sending a message of reconciliation
00:36from the state.
00:37Additionally, 7,182 citizens who were facing precautionary measures were included in the
00:42amnesty eliminating any form of selected judicial persecution.
00:45On February 15, 2026, Interinstitutional Program was launched coordinating the Israel Peace
00:50Committee's community mediation and psychosocial support with 32 active units in its first
00:56phase.
00:56On March 27, 2026, more than 15,000 religious leaders gathered at the Bolivar de Caracas for
01:02an ecumenical event that supported the amnesty and call for the spiritual healing of the nation.
01:16The National Assembly appointed Dr. Larry de Boa as Attorney General with 275 votes, a human-right
01:24jurist who will promote a depoliticized public prosecutor's office of accused on common crimes
01:29and corruption.
01:29With 268 votes, Dr. Aguile González, the first Afro-descendant woman to hold the position, was
01:36appointed to Umbudswoman with an agenda focusing on human rights, children and border systems.
01:41A United Nations developing program study found that 84.6% of Venezuelans preferred dialogue
01:46and consensus, 86.3% believe that negotiating is not surrounding, and 65.3% view the future
01:52with optimism, supporting the path to our peace promoted by Acting President Darcy Rodríguez.
01:58And Colombia will impose tariffs.
