Even routine deliveries can come with an unexpected jump scare.
The CCTV footage shows a postman approaching a front entrance with parcels.
The filmer, Mark, told WooGlobe, “My postman was delivering packages, but there was no answer at our door, so he decided to put them in a safe place. I had built a wooden hut as a Halloween prop and hadn’t dismantled it yet, so my cat Nacho sometimes sleeps in it.”
Just as he places the packages into the hut, Nacho suddenly springs out of the opening, and the postman recoils and steps back before moving away.
The moment lands as a brief mix-up between a practical hiding spot and an occupied one.
