19:51ones that hit the splits at the pep rallies there's only two girls i could do the splits and it

19:56i was one of the bigger girls on the team obviously so when i hit the splits like everybody lost

20:10where you're at fitness wise okay working with new moms can be a little bit of a challenge especially
20:16since she's really young she's learning two things now how to take care of baby and how to take care
20:22of herself
20:23slowly increase i think that to go from doing zero to walking at least on a regular basis on top
20:30of the strength
20:31training and the cardio training that we're going to do as well as hopefully she sticks to the diet
20:35that i gave her and stand that's it i believe that she'll be able to accomplish her goals no problem
20:42okay perfect so we have a lot of work to do but be patient with yourself and don't weigh yourself

20:51single day because you're going to get frustrated because you're not going to see a change give yourself
20:54six weeks let's say then weigh yourself then don't look at it again for another six weeks and go on
21:00like that and see then you'll see some larger changes i think looking forward to seeing the scale will
21:07help i feel motivated by everything carolina told me but i also feel like nervous a little bit like
21:13there's a lot of stuff that i'm cutting out and changing and like i don't know i have to do

21:19want it that bad though because i want to be in the hoochie mama clothes this summer
21:25she ain't wearing no hoochie mama yes i am here's my top three motivators to lose the weight you know

21:46but it is kind of motivating knowing that you can do it and i will so i can be in

30:36yourself and um we're gonna meal prep these these meals for the week for you when you're at home

30:49taking care of him i don't eat it's hard taking care of myself and a baby at the same time

31:30a walk after dinner something like that because honestly i need that too we're gonna do this together
