00:00We're certainly very lucky we have some of the most efficient farmers on the planet.
00:03They farm with the least amount of fertiliser, some of the least amount of water,
00:07and some of the less tillage.
00:08They are world-class farmers and they produce great product and a lot of it,
00:12which is terrific for us.
00:14Ag's one of the most productive sectors of the Australian economy.
00:17And then people say, well, a lot of it's down to the weather.
00:19Yes, that's true, but even with that, a lot of the research and development,
00:23it's using it, that's right, and making the best advantage of what is happening.
00:27And certainly our farmers are very good at that.
00:29We provide so much food, you know, to our neighbours
00:32and we provide food security to so many countries now,
00:35I think has held us in good stead in these unpredictable times as well.
00:38So, you know, it all comes around in a global economy.
00:43Whether we like it or not, we do live on a planet
00:44that the global economy is becoming more and more connected
00:47and we're seeing the impacts of it, we're seeing the negatives
00:49and we're seeing the positives of it.
