00:43level which is what the browns need granted he needs to develop be more consistent but in a draft
00:48where there isn't a clear-cut top tackle they could just say hey proctor's tops on our board if we

00:53move down we might take him here but at the same time i do think that if they're going to
00:58get proctor
00:59it would be better for them to trade down because he probably will be there at say 12 if the

01:22confident in the receiver depth early in the draft or late in the draft this is all going to influence
