00:01Being a bad person is such a blanket statement. You know, I mean, when we're kids, we're taught
00:07that good things happen to good people and bad things happen to bad people, right? But I don't
00:12know. I mean, maybe we carry that into our adult lives. You know, even if we know it's not something
00:20that's true, it can be just as hard to believe it. I used to try and give my dad some
00:27grace.
00:28I think after my mom passed, he kind of realized how much of the parenting she had been doing.
00:34And when he was left alone with two daughters, he literally had no idea what to do. And he
00:41just worked so much, you know, and I had to be an adult.
