00:00This might be one of the most damning stats against Liverpool's recruitment team in their
00:04search to replace Mo Salah. It's fair to say the club have been reliant on Salah during his time
00:08in the club, and for good reason. He's always delivered, and the stats back that up. But have
00:13they been overly reliant to the point where they've neglected his successor? I'd definitely say so,
00:17purely down to the fact that it's been an incredible eight years since the club signed
00:21a specialist right winger, and that was Jordan Sekiri from Stoke back in 2018. By blowing the
00:26budget on central stars last year, like Isaac Wirtz and Akitike, they've built a gravity-heavy squad
00:31that all want to play in the exact same left-sided half space, all whilst neglecting the other side
00:36of the pitch. Something tells me they'll have to spend big money in order to fix this.
