00:00You'd like to say publicly, Iran, that you control the Strait of Hormuz, but you don't have a navy or
00:07real domain awareness.
00:09You can't control anything.
00:12Digging out of bombed out and devastated facilities, we are only getting stronger.
00:17You are digging out your remaining launchers and missiles with no ability to replace them.
00:23With a message to Iran's military leadership, to the KH leadership and IRGC leadership, we're watching you.
00:33Our capabilities are not the same, our military and yours.
00:37Remember, this is not a fair fight.
00:39And we know what military assets you are moving and where you are moving them to.
00:45While you are digging out, which is exactly what you're doing, digging out of bombed out and devastated facilities,
00:52we are only getting stronger.
00:54You are digging out your remaining launchers and missiles with no ability to replace them.
01:00You have no defense industry.
01:02No ability to replenish your offensive or defensive capabilities.
01:07You only have what you have.
01:10You know that, and we know that.
01:12You can move things around, but you can't actually rebuild.
01:17You can dig out for now, but you can't reconstitute.
01:20But we can.
01:22We are reloading with more power than ever before and better intelligence, even more importantly, better intelligence than ever before,
01:30as you expose yourself with your movement to our watchful eye.
01:36We are locked and loaded on your critical dual-use infrastructure, on your remaining power generation, and on your energy
01:44industry.
01:46We'd rather not have to do it, but we're ready to go at the command of our president and at
01:52the push of a button.
01:54This blockade, which the chairman will detail this morning, is the polite way that this can go.
02:00Your energy is not moving and will not move, and we can do this all day.
02:06But it's not destroyed yet.
02:07But it's not destroyed yet.
02:07Your energy industry is not destroyed yet.
02:10You'd like to say publicly, Iran, that you control the Strait of Hormuz, but you don't have a navy or
02:18real domain awareness.
02:19You can't control anything.
02:23To be clear, threatening to shoot missiles and drones at ships, commercial ships, that are lawfully transiting international waters, that
02:33is not control.
02:34That's piracy.
02:37That's terrorism.
02:39The United States Navy controls the traffic going in and out of the Strait because we have real assets and
02:47real capabilities,
02:48and we're doing this blockade, performing it with less than 10% of America's naval power.
02:55The math is clear.
02:56We're using 10% of the world's most powerful navy, and you have 0% of your navy.
03:04That's real control, and we have a long track record of dealing with pirates and terrorists.
03:11But there is an alternative.
03:13As our negotiators have said, you, Iran, can choose a prosperous future, a golden bridge, and we hope that you
03:19do for the people of Iran.
03:22In the meantime, and for as long as it takes, we will maintain this blockade, successful blockade.
03:27But if Iran chooses poorly, then they will have a blockade and bombs dropping on infrastructure, power, and energy.
03:37And at the same time, Treasury Secretary Scott Besant and our friends over at Treasury are launching Operation Economic Fury
03:46as well,
03:47maximizing economic pressure across the entirety of the government.
03:51to Iran, choose wisely.
