Fire rips through crucial oil refinery in Australia's Geelong

UGC footage shows a fire engulfing a crucial Australian oil refinery in Geelong. The Viva fuel plant is located about an hour's drive southwest of Melbourne, and is one of only two working oil refineries in the country. Firefighters say the blaze started late Wednesday after a gas leak caught fire.
