00:00California's had a fraud issue. We've had an issue of not knowing where monies
00:04are going and when we have a billions of dollar deficit I think it's time that
00:09taxpayers know where their money is being spent. So today we're calling this
00:12press conference, we're calling on the governor to call a special session to
00:17stop the fraud. I think it's important that California taxpayers know where
00:21their dollars are going. So we're calling on the governor again to call a special
00:24session so we can get to the bottom of that. You know the governor says he's
00:27stopping licensure. He already licensed this doctor who defrauded us $270
00:33million. That's money that we can't have in our Medi-Cal program. That's funny that
00:38we can't have to help support our rural hospitals. And this governor and the
00:44politicians that have had power here have done nothing about it. They've ignored
00:48it and they continue to throw good money after bad.
