120,000 drones and more missiles: Allies double down on Ukraine aid in Berlin

Ukraine’s Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov emphasised that Kyiv is pushing to scale up domestic drone production and accelerate deliveries to the frontline.

00:00About 120,000 drones pledged by the UK, alongside additional funding for NATO Pearl Program,
00:08were announced at a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in Berlin on Wednesday.
00:13Drones have defined this war. They will be decisive to its outcome.
00:19That's why I'm announcing today the UK's biggest package of drones into Ukraine this year.
00:26Over 120,000 new drones will be delivered from the UK into Ukraine.
00:34We'll also provide hundreds of thousands of artillery rounds and thousands of air defense missiles,
00:39which together will help Ukraine defend its territory and strike back against Russian aggression.
00:46German Defense Minister reiterated Berlin's latest military commitments,
00:51announced on Tuesday during German-Ukrainian government consultations,
00:55where the two sides signed a €4 billion defense package,
00:59including hundreds of Patriot missiles and joint drone production,
01:04as well as an agreement to share digital battlefield data.
