00:00To see someone on the street without anything and having four children.
00:04When one is alone, the life comes.
00:06But there is a moment where there are four creatures and they only have you.
00:10You have to decide if I stay or leave a float.
00:16The situation is very hard, it's very difficult.
00:19But I am a part of the Santanderian and I can't give myself a victory.
00:22So I have to go ahead with these four children that I have.
00:27I was victim of armed conflict in Barranca Bermeja,
00:32a village called La Putana.
00:35We came from La Putana directly to Bucaramanga
00:39and from Bucaramanga we moved to Florida Blanca.
00:45It was a difficult time because suddenly,
00:49the grandparents who came out of that war,
00:52they had to have to leave as they had,
00:55practically selling the few things,
00:57but suddenly, for having a minimum income
01:00and not to come with my hands empty to a city that they didn't know.
01:11I was victim of armed conflict in the city of Medellín,
01:14where I was totally alone with my four children.
01:16I arrived here to Bucaramanga,
01:18without many labor opportunities.
01:20Being a employee obligated to leave my children
01:22and being independent, I could be with them.
01:25So that's where Persevere,
01:27that's why the name is Persevere of the Perseverance.
01:31I began to work from day to day,
01:33I began to work from day to day,
01:33I began to work from mostacillas,
01:34in pepas,
01:36of pastica,
01:36of all that.
01:37But already in the 2016,
01:39I decided that I had to continue growing,
01:41that I had to progress,
01:42and that I had to progress.
01:42And that's when I decided to enter
01:44in the world of the natural trees
01:45and the perles cultivated.
01:59First, I had my sweets in the house,
02:01in a normal bowl,
02:04where they were made,
02:05I would go and sell them to friends,
02:10and to friends of my friends.
02:11After that, I began to participate in events.
02:16After that, I had the opportunity
02:18to move on to Florida Blanca,
02:21which is the capital of the dulce.
02:25I was artisan from a child,
02:27from the college,
02:28I had to do,
02:29I had to do things,
02:30but as a project that was born,
02:32it was born in pandemic.
02:36I had to do things
02:37that I had to do with my friends,
02:39I had to do things,
02:41but I had never been able to do
02:43to have my brand,
02:45or anything.
02:48We decided,
02:50at the end of my sister,
02:51Erika Yulet Duarte Urán,
02:54to start the business,
02:56where we didn't see that
02:58it was a long period,
03:00but a moment,
03:02we started to buy clothes,
03:04a different suppliers.
03:08Today is the last day
03:10that we are here
03:11representing
03:12these entrepreneurs
03:13of these women
03:15who are back and forth.
03:17Me has liked,
03:19above all,
03:20to be representing
03:21the women,
03:22because we can demonstrate
03:24that we are also capable
03:25of many things.
03:26Sometimes,
03:27we are only from our house,
03:30and there,
03:31we are only sitting
03:32at home,
03:32and we have much more
03:34to give.
03:37For women,
03:38we have opened
03:38a lot of fields,
03:40we have opened
03:40a lot of ways
03:41to progress,
03:42to move forward,
03:43in all areas.
03:44So, I think,
03:45for women,
03:46there are many opportunities.
03:47women have to learn
03:49art,
03:50any kind of art
03:52that they like.
03:53Because if they know
03:54to do something,
03:56they will never allow
03:57a man to kill them.
03:59Because if I know
04:00to generate a resource
04:01to support me
04:03or support my children,
04:05I don't have to wait
04:06for another person.
04:07the other person.
04:17I have a foundation,
04:20the Afrocolombian Fund
04:22Fundafro,
04:23and it was created by
04:24the way to give us
04:26I want to know that in Florida Blanca there was also a Afro population.
04:32I'm also vice president of Juventud in Florida Blanca,
04:35for an independent list called Fusión Juvenil 2021,
04:39because there is nothing more sad than the unknown of our rights.
05:13Fusión Juvenil 2021
05:15Within all the victims reported in the municipality,
05:19the 70% are women and mothers of families.
05:23That's where we are pointing out,
05:25that these women don't feel alone, that these women feel support.
05:40Give them all these mechanisms, all these tools of support,
05:44so that in this way we can contribute
05:46to that there is no more violence against women.
06:01It's very satisfying to see that there are many women who have not had the opportunity to be in a
06:08party.
06:08My dream is that when someone sees something from Morita Hernández Accesorios
06:13that they know that they exist, that they are made made by hand,
06:18to take my family forward,
06:20that they see me as their example to continue.
06:24That Conserva del Breval is a recognized company
06:28and that tomorrow morning we can export our products,
06:33have a factory, a plant well organized, well structured.
06:38That is my dream,
06:40go ahead with what I know how to do.
06:44We all come with many talents to this land,
06:47all of us.
06:48What happens is that a certain people
06:50they are afraid to develop those gifts,
06:53but we all are full of gifts,
06:55power and wisdom.
06:56In our blood, our veins,
06:58the DNA of God,
06:59so why do we minimize them here?
07:01And to us,
07:02everything that separates us from success is fear.
07:05Fear is fear.
07:07So,
07:07take them away, take them away,
07:09take them away,
07:09take them away,
07:09take them away.
07:10Take them away too!
