00:10Orange and the Cardia gold mine about 8.19pm Tuesday 14th April, with tremors reported as
00:17far away as Batemans Bay. Geoscience Australia received more than 2,000 reports, with experts
00:23describing the shaking as weak to light, but unusually widespread. Seismologists said quakes
00:28of this size are rare for the region, with only a handful recorded nearby in recent decades.
