Baby Monkey Clings Onto Man and Walks Around Temple in Cambodia

While walking toward the Angkor Wat entrance, this man encountered a young monkey that climbed onto him and sought comfort, eventually falling asleep and playfully tugging at his beard and arms. The interaction drew a crowd as he continued through the temple with the monkey, whom he named Marcel, as a temporary companion. After locals warned that the monkey was likely separated from its mother and could be in danger, he released him in a safe spot before leaving. Letting the monkey go proved emotionally difficult despite their brief time together.
