00:00On Ask This Old House, our experts travel across the country to answer questions about your house.
00:17Today, Richard will show us how to make an old toilet fit properly on a new tile floor.
00:23Then, Lee offers some useful maintenance tips that will keep your gas-powered mower up and running.
00:29Something that an average homeowner can do?
00:31I think so. I really do.
00:32And, have you ever wanted to add a secret door to your space?
00:36Nathan will show you how.
00:40Nice.
00:42On Ask This Old House.
00:51Hey, Richard.
00:52Hey, Kevin.
00:53Funny finding you by the toilet.
00:54Well, I thought we'd talk about one of the most important seals in the entire house,
00:57and that's underneath the toilet, between the toilet bowl and the flange.
01:00Something most people probably never see.
01:02Absolutely.
01:03And, it's a seal that's challenged all the time.
01:06You know, the toilet can rock or the floor can rot away.
01:08So, I thought we'd look here to see what's underneath in the place you don't see.
01:12Okay.
01:13Okay.
01:14So, here's the standard.
01:15This happens to be PVC, but this is called a closet flange, a toilet flange.
01:18But, in an older building, it could be cast iron, it could be stainless steel.
01:22You'll always have these two bolts and have a wax seal.
01:25And, this is actually connected to the plumbing.
01:28It's connected to the plumbing, the pipe itself, the drain pipe, but it's also connected to the building.
01:32It has to be really secure, because this is the critical.
01:35You don't want to trust the pipe.
01:36You want to trust the building to hold the torque of that toilet.
01:39Okay.
01:40So, bring that toilet in.
01:41I'll just show you.
01:42So, on the bottom is the horn of the toilet.
01:44We need to make a nice tight seal against sewer gas, and so that would sit here, and that
01:49would then compress right against the air and make a nice tight seal.
01:54But, it's only going to be as good as the connection, because if you wiggle the toilet
01:57enough, that wax seal gets deformed.
01:59Yeah.
02:00So, now, that's perfect, you know, for the typical flange.
02:03But, now, sometimes, the floor has been rotted.
02:05You'd like to get some new plywood in there.
02:07You'd like to raise the grade.
02:08Or, in my own house case, I wanted to get rid of the thresholds.
02:12I wanted to add some underlayment, some three-quarters of an inch.
02:16So, I came on top here.
02:18Are you doing a renovation without Tommy's permission?
02:20Don't tell him, please.
02:22Okay.
02:23So, now, bring it back in.
02:24So, you might be able to do this, and they make a wax ring with a horn that'll give you
02:30about three-quarters of an inch.
02:31So, this is on the edge you've been able to be a tight seal.
02:35Okay.
02:36Now, what happens, though, if you want to go a little higher?
02:39Okay.
02:40So, if you now go here.
02:41So, now, it's got a big gap.
02:43What we did historically was to add these flange shims.
02:48If you're going to put them together, you could actually glue them, because they're not going
02:50to be watertight otherwise.
02:52And, now, you could do your buildup.
02:54Pick as many as you need.
02:55Pick as many as you need.
02:56Okay.
02:57And, then, you could use a conventional.
02:59So, go ahead.
03:00Yeah.
03:01Wax seal.
03:02That's pretty tight there.
03:03I will point out, Richard, originally, your bolts were coming through.
03:07Correct.
03:08Which allows me to secure it down.
03:09Correct.
03:10They are no longer coming through.
03:11Correct.
03:12So, there's a limit.
03:13Now, what I want to introduce is an interesting kit that I saw.
03:17It has a flange like this.
03:19It has a wax seal right here.
03:21Now, I want to do one thing before I do this.
03:23This system comes with longer bolts.
03:25Can I see that?
03:26Yep.
03:27Just so I understand how that works.
03:28So, on the bottom, you've got, sort of, that rectangular shape, which allows you to put
03:33it in, slide into place, and then when you turn it, it doesn't pull up.
03:37It has a plastic tab right here, which is really important.
03:40These things hold these things perfectly, so that when you bring the toilet down, they're
03:45not flopping around.
03:46We come down over the top.
03:48So, now, bring that in, and watch what happens.
03:55You see it?
03:57Oh, yeah.
03:58You've got a, sort of, a shock absorber keeping a tight seal, no matter what happens
04:02up here, but you've got a positive seal at the bottom.
04:04Now, you can secure this down.
04:06Because I've got the bolts that are now coming through.
04:08That's right.
04:09Because you've extended those.
04:10That's right.
04:11You can cut them if you have to.
04:12You can just take a saw and cut them off at the right height and put the caps on.
04:16But then you can finish it off nicely.
04:17Okay.
04:18So, with this, if you're going to have as much as an inch or an inch and a half buildup,
04:22this is really a perfect solution.
04:24If you've got smaller, then you could use, if there's a half inch or three-quarters of
04:29an inch in concert with these flanges are fine.
04:32But this is a really good innovation.
04:33It's a good way to solve it.
04:35Because otherwise, you'd have to ask a plumber to come, cut the pipe, make a new connection
04:40underneath it, or adapt it to raise that grade.
04:42Yeah.
04:43And how are you going to find a plumber?
04:44You can't find a plumber.
04:45I have caller ID when you call me.
04:46I won't tell Tom.
04:47I'm freelancing.
04:48Thank you, Richard.
04:49Hey, Lee.
04:50How are you doing?
04:51Good to see you.
04:52All right.
04:53Same here.
04:54Oh, look at this.
04:55Here we go.
04:56So, lawnmower maintenance?
04:57Yes.
04:58So, we always have issues because these things have been sitting in the garage or in the shed.
05:03So, we have a fuel issue we might have to look at.
05:04Air cleaner issues, things like that.
05:05Spark plug issues.
05:06All the things that come with a small engine.
05:07Yes.
05:08A snow blower, a weed whacker, even the gas blowers.
05:09Anything with gas that has carburetors.
05:10Okay.
05:11Where do you want to start?
05:12So, there's three things that make these things start up.
05:13Fuel, a spark, and also air.
05:14Nice.
05:15Okay.
05:16Sort of the same for every small engine.
05:18And I guess if I've got one of these at home, I'm going to have a spark.
05:21So, there's three things that make these things start up.
05:24Fuel, a spark, and also air.
05:27Nice.
05:28Okay.
05:29The same for every small engine.
05:30And I guess if I've got one of these at home, I want to think about keeping it in good shape.
05:35Or if it's not running.
05:36Yes.
05:37How do I fix it myself?
05:38Do some troubleshooting.
05:39All right.
05:40So, what I like to do is check the air filters.
05:43This is probably the easiest, most straightforward thing you can do.
05:47Correct.
05:48Yep.
05:49So, the engine has to breathe.
05:50So, look at this.
05:51This is brand new.
05:52So, we know that.
05:53Beautiful, right?
05:54That's exactly what we want it to look like.
05:55Not going to look like this after a season or two.
05:58Correct.
05:59So, just blow it out.
06:01You could if you want it.
06:02Or you could just get a new one.
06:04Okay.
06:05So, we have that.
06:06Yep.
06:07And then underneath that is our carburetor.
06:09So, this is the fuel tank.
06:10Correct.
06:11But eventually, it's actually going into that carburetor.
06:13Because that's where all the business is happening.
06:15Yes.
06:16It gives it fuel for the engine to run.
06:17If you have an issue with it, you might want to loosen it up.
06:19There's a bolt under here.
06:20We loosen that up and drain out the gas that's in the bolt.
06:24Fuel is kind of an issue.
06:25Yes.
06:26Especially these days.
06:27So, you have stabilizers that are really good to put in.
06:31So, you're not having issues like this.
06:33See the separation from the moisture that's in the fuel.
06:36Kind of like a gel on the bottom.
06:38Yes.
06:39And then something a little thinner up on top.
06:41Correct.
06:42That is fuel that's separated.
06:43That's not going to run and that's going to gunk up your machine.
06:45Exactly.
06:46And that's happening why?
06:47Because there's water?
06:48There's water.
06:49Condensation, water, just moisture in the air.
06:51Okay.
06:52You also could have a little bit of water in your gas tank.
06:54So, you've got to change your fuel tank.
06:56Yeah.
06:57This is a thing with our fuel these days.
06:58Yes.
06:59Right?
07:00They've added the ethanol.
07:01Yes.
07:02So, you've got a solution to prevent that?
07:03Yes.
07:04We have stabilizer.
07:05So, this is good fuel right here.
07:06Yeah.
07:07It's good fuel.
07:08That's what I want it to look like.
07:09Yeah.
07:10Okay.
07:11And you can have stabilizer you can put into it.
07:12You want to mix some?
07:13Sure.
07:14Right.
07:15I'm going to open this up here.
07:16They've got ratios for this.
07:17Yeah.
07:18How many ounces to a gallon, but just to give a sense of what's going on.
07:22And so, the combination of those two, hopefully, is going to prevent this from happening.
07:27Correct.
07:28Beautiful.
07:29I like that.
07:30Although, you know what I like even more?
07:31I've got to tell you, I'm partial to this stuff.
07:32You like this stuff?
07:33Okay.
07:34I do.
07:35So, like on my backpack blower, I don't use it that much.
07:36Yeah.
07:37It's sitting there a lot.
07:38Yep.
07:39This works really well.
07:40And so, this is...
07:41That's an oil free.
07:42Yeah.
07:43Yeah.
07:44So, gallon for gallon, a lot more expensive.
07:46Yes.
07:47But, if it prevents this from happening, or from that, from gunking up, it could be worth
07:51the price.
07:52Yes.
07:53Beautiful.
07:54Totally.
07:55All right.
07:56So, on the carburetor, if we get the separation, or we get buildup, and the thing stops working,
08:03can I fix it?
08:04Sure.
08:05Look at this big cutout we have here.
08:06Obviously, it doesn't go with this, but this is all the moving parts.
08:09So, you hold that right there.
08:10I'm going to hold that for you.
08:11Yeah.
08:12Okay.
08:13Look at this.
08:14Yep.
08:15So, this would be the choke.
08:16Okay.
08:17So, you open this, it lets more air in.
08:19Yes.
08:20Closes it down.
08:21Correct.
08:22Boom.
08:23And then, how do the floats work?
08:24The floats go up and down by the fuel that you're asking for.
08:28Right.
08:29So, that's going to tell us how much is in the well, if we need more.
08:32But, it has these jets.
08:34So, these jets and ports have to be clean.
08:37What are we suggesting?
08:38Dump this out?
08:39Dump this out.
08:40And start cleaning?
08:41Dump that out in a container.
08:42Maybe you have to take it back to your gas station.
08:44Local gas station will take it.
08:46So, that's it poured out.
08:47Yeah.
08:48This coloration.
08:49And, I mean, I can see it.
08:51There's actually some granular grit in the bottom there, too.
08:54Yep.
08:55That can't be good for the operation.
08:57So, once I dump all that out.
08:58Mm-hmm.
08:59You're telling me that these, you know, little stems like this.
09:02Yes.
09:03Little holes like this need to be cleaned.
09:04Correct.
09:05It's actually blown through there.
09:06Mm-hmm.
09:07Okay.
09:08So, you can have a little brush like these.
09:09See the brush?
09:10That cleans those out really well.
09:11Pipe cleaner brush.
09:12Yep.
09:13Get that cleaned out.
09:15See that?
09:16Yep.
09:17Clean up those ports.
09:18Okay.
09:19And then, let's put some, put your glasses on.
09:22And I'm going to shoot some of this carburetor cleaner, which evaporates really quickly.
09:26And that cleans out real good.
09:27Carb choke parts and cleaner.
09:33Look at that.
09:34See that?
09:35It's going to blow the gunk out.
09:36Correct.
09:37And hopefully, you get this nice and clean.
09:39You get those ports cleaned.
09:41We're putting this guy.
09:42Back together.
09:43Back together.
09:44Yep.
09:45Back into your mower.
09:46I'm not going to screw that back together, but I will just set it down.
09:49Okay, great.
09:50So, fuel, air.
09:51Yep.
09:52And you said the third thing is spark.
09:53Spark.
09:54And look what gives us spark.
09:55These spark plugs.
09:56So, this one here, brand new.
09:57That's what you want them to look like.
09:59What do you think?
10:00Clean.
10:01Yep.
10:02No buildup.
10:03And I'm looking at the little arch right there and a little copper below.
10:07There's a little gap.
10:08Yep.
10:09That's what we want, right?
10:10Yes.
10:11Because that creates a little arc.
10:12That's the look we want.
10:13Okay.
10:14This one here has a little bit of buildup on it.
10:16And when we say buildup, we're talking carbon.
10:18So, the fact that it is dark and dirty.
10:20Yeah.
10:21Can that be cleaned or is this one toast?
10:22You can probably get away with cleaning this one.
10:24Okay?
10:25But I have another one here that I think would be toast.
10:27I think that one there would...
10:28Way more buildup there.
10:29Way more buildup.
10:30You think this one has served its purpose and off it goes.
10:33Exactly.
10:34And then sometimes they come damaged and this one doesn't have that arc on it.
10:37Okay.
10:38So, that one there, I would take it to your small engine repair because it could be lost
10:42inside the motor.
10:43So, that right there is missing.
10:45Yes.
10:46And if it's not here, it could be over there.
10:48Exactly.
10:49Beautiful.
10:50Let me steal those.
10:51Yep.
10:52And then there's a tester for these.
10:54Okay?
10:55I'm going to walk you through it.
10:56We're going to talk about it.
10:57Okay?
10:58So, what I would do is you plug this on the spark plug.
11:01So, this is a plug in my mower.
11:03Yes.
11:04And in there, it's got a cap.
11:06And then we're going to replace that with this.
11:08Okay?
11:09Alright.
11:10Alright.
11:11And then we're going to start the engine and that light should glow.
11:13So, if we put the cap back on there, we've basically got the same circuit.
11:17Yes.
11:18Except this now interrupts it.
11:19And what happens?
11:20There's a light inside here that's going to glow.
11:23When that glows, that means this plug is good.
11:25So, we're good there.
11:27So, if I'm pulling the cord, the machine's not working.
11:30I suspect it's the spark plug.
11:32I could put this on.
11:33If I get a light, it tells me spark plugs good.
11:36Problem somewhere else.
11:37Problem somewhere else.
11:38Oh, that's pretty sexy.
11:39Okay.
11:40Alright.
11:41Then the other thing we have is oil in here.
11:42Which is not part of the gas mix.
11:44Some people confuse that.
11:45Yes.
11:46Oil is just for?
11:47Oil is for the lubrication of the engine.
11:49That's all it is.
11:50Okay.
11:51Alright.
11:52And then we have some samples over here.
11:54What it looks like after a year or so in the engine.
11:58That's dirty.
11:59Dirty oil.
12:00You can't even see through it.
12:01Correct.
12:02Whereas the good stuff.
12:03Brand new oil.
12:04Dark but translucent, right?
12:06Nice color.
12:07So, this eventually becomes this with use.
12:10Yes.
12:11How frequently do I want to change it out?
12:12If I'm using it once a week, maybe even twice a week, I want to change it once a year.
12:16Alright.
12:17And then some machines, this particular one does not have it, but some machines have an oil filter.
12:21Right.
12:22Okay.
12:23So, that should be changed.
12:24So, I would suggest to stock up with a couple of these.
12:26Yeah.
12:27Would you change the filter every time you change the oil?
12:30Yes.
12:31Definitely.
12:32Definitely.
12:33But the trick on these, Kevin, if you flip it around, there's a gasket on here.
12:35I don't want you to put the gasket on dry.
12:37Okay.
12:38What I want you to do is take your finger, rub some oil on it, and then put that on.
12:41Okay?
12:42Because if it's on dry, it would be almost impossible to get it off.
12:45How about if I take your finger and I put some oil on it?
12:47You can do that.
12:48Well, we're going to change these every once so often because they get dirty as well.
12:50Correct.
12:51Okay.
12:52So, I guess the big question is, Lee, do you think all of these steps, preventative and repair,
12:58is something that an average homeowner can do?
13:00I think so.
13:01I really do.
13:02I really do.
13:03You can do it.
13:04You know, just take your time.
13:05You know, Saturday morning.
13:06And they haven't really changed the design.
13:07Haven't changed in over a hundred years.
13:08Good deal.
13:09You know?
13:10All right.
13:11Well, that's the case then.
13:12I'll make sure I bring mine down and have you get after it.
13:13We'll figure it out.
13:14Thanks, Kevin.
13:15You got it, Lee.
13:36Hey, Brett.
13:37Hey, Nathan.
13:38Nice to meet you.
13:39Nice to meet you as well.
13:40Come on in.
13:41Beautiful spot you guys have here.
13:43Yeah.
13:44Beautiful home.
13:45Beautiful neighborhood.
13:46It's an 80s-style cape home.
13:47It's pretty basic.
13:48Yep.
13:49And we like to add some creativity and unique spaces to our home.
13:51And you wrote in about a pretty cool idea.
13:53Yeah.
13:54So, come on over here.
13:55So, in behind this wall here is just your basic closet.
13:58Okay.
13:59But we want to put in a bookshelf.
14:01All right.
14:02And turn this into a classic speakeasy.
14:03So, like some hidden doors?
14:04Yeah, exactly.
14:05Mind if I take a look?
14:06Go on in.
14:07All right.
14:08You guys have been busy in here.
14:09Yeah.
14:10This is looking good.
14:11We had it all cleared out and had an electrician come by and kill all the power.
14:15Yep.
14:16Yep.
14:17No plumbing in the wall here.
14:18Nope.
14:19What did this look like before?
14:20Oh, yeah.
14:21Let me give you a quick look.
14:22So, this thing, this space was pretty packed.
14:24It was a proper bar.
14:25You can see all our barware there in the back.
14:28Nice.
14:29We even had some beer steins for hosting our Oktoberfest in the fall.
14:32Fully stocked.
14:33Yep.
14:34So, it's going to be fun to change this over into a speakeasy now.
14:37One concern I have, though, is for framing, is this a load-bearing wall at all?
14:41It's not.
14:42We actually had a structural engineer come by and inspect it.
14:44Okay.
14:45All right.
14:46Great.
14:47That's going to make framing a lot easier for us.
14:48Let's go to the other side and take a look.
14:50Yeah.
14:51So, this is a nice wall to put on a hidden door right here.
14:54Yeah.
14:55What size are you thinking?
14:56Double?
14:57Single?
14:58Okay.
14:59We want to be able to open it up and kind of walk in.
15:00All right.
15:01So, double door swinging out.
15:03Probably could fit.
15:05That's about a six-foot kit right there.
15:09That would work.
15:10That's a really nice width.
15:11And then we'll check the height.
15:12It'll probably finish somewhere around 6'8".
15:14Okay.
15:15Which is about there.
15:17So, I think that would fit all under that beam.
15:20And we'd like to be able to paint it and kind of blend it into the wall in the room.
15:24So, I actually have a kit in mind.
15:25I'm going to go pick it up and we'll get started.
15:27Great.
15:32All right.
15:33Let's get started with our layout.
15:34The kit that I picked up is 70 inches wide, 80 inches tall.
15:37But the rough opening called for is 72 inches wide and 82 inches tall.
15:42Okay.
15:43I'd like to center it in this wall.
15:44Let's get started there.
15:45Yep.
15:46All right.
15:47So, we've got 92 three-quarter.
15:50So, let's go 46 three-eighths.
15:53Okay.
15:54And then we'll check it coming back.
15:5946 three-eighths.
16:00All right.
16:01So, we've got a good center line to work off of.
16:04So, I'm just going to make a little mark here.
16:08Just a reference.
16:09All right.
16:10So, that's our center line.
16:11So, off of this point, we're going to make a little mark here.
16:14Off of this point, we're going to go 36 inches is what we need to come over.
16:18Okay.
16:19So, we've got 36.
16:23And then 36.
16:31All right.
16:32So, let's double check that.
16:33Then we've got our 72.
16:34All right.
16:35Perfect.
16:36All right.
16:37Perfect.
16:38All right.
16:39Now, I'm going to go off our mark here.
16:40And I'm going to make a plumb line for the outside of our opening.
16:43You can plumb that side up.
16:45Okay.
16:46Looks good.
16:47All right.
16:48So, now I'm going to take my tape and I'm going to measure up 82 inches from the finished floor.
17:03Because this kit has a threshold on it.
17:04So, it's going to sit right on the floor.
17:06All right.
17:07So, now we're just going to connect those dots.
17:12All right.
17:17So, the next step that I want to do is transfer this layout to the inside.
17:21I'm going to pull off the baseboard, save that for later.
17:24Then we can start cutting the drywall up.
17:25Great.
17:26All right.
17:30All right.
17:31We're ready to cut the drywall.
17:32I'm going to use an oscillating tool.
17:33We're only going to cut about a half inch deep.
17:34I also have the vacuum set up to help control the dust.
17:37So, we'll plunge in.
17:38We'll cut out our rough opening and pull the drywall down.
17:40Sounds good.
17:46Now, we can see what we're working with.
17:47We're going to take these typical studs out.
17:49I'm going to leave a little up top, but we're going to cut that with an oscillating tool.
17:52All right.
17:53Okay.
17:55How much room are you leaving up there again?
17:57So, what I'm doing is I'm making a three inch mark up behind the drywall.
18:01Because we're going to put a non-load bearing header in here.
18:04Just two 2x4s on the flat, which is really just going to support the trim or any drywall.
18:10So, I'm making a three inch mark.
18:11We'll take the oscillating tool and we'll cut up there.
18:13And that header package will tuck up inside.
18:15Got it.
18:20Now that we have those laid out, I'm going to make a quick relief cut down here at the middle point.
18:23It's going to make it easier to pull those out after you cut them.
18:26Sounds good.
18:27All right.
18:28So, I brought along this framing mock up to show you what we're going to be doing.
18:40Because everything is going to be tucked in and behind the drywall, so it's kind of hard to see.
18:56But let's start at the bottom.
18:57We've got our bottom plate, which is still there.
18:59We're going to be introducing a king stud and a jack stud.
19:02Okay.
19:03The jack stud will support our header, which we're going to put in there up behind the drywall.
19:06And remember when we made all those cuts?
19:08Yep.
19:09There's our typical stud or our common stud, which we turned into a cripple stud.
19:12And then we have a double top plate, which is up there.
19:14So we're going to be framing from the bottom up, putting the king stud and the jack stud together,
19:18putting the header in, creating that rough opening we need.
19:21After we have that framed, we'll cut that bottom plate out and we'll be ready to put the door in.
19:25I didn't realize there were that many names of all the different studs.
19:28Lots of little parts and pieces.
19:29Yeah.
19:30All right.
19:31Now we're ready to start framing our rough opening.
19:32I have all the pieces cut.
19:33I'm going to start by putting in my king stud on either side.
19:37This is the stud that's going to go from the bottom plate all the way up to the top plate.
19:43I already have it cut to length.
19:45So it's going to be a little tricky, but we're going to get it in there.
19:48We're going to screw that down.
19:50I'm going to go put the king stud on that side.
19:52Then I want to get my header in.
19:54Okay.
19:55Then I'm going to put the jack studs underneath.
19:56So that way we don't have to fight the header later.
19:58Yep.
19:59Okay.
20:00That first line is with the drywall.
20:03That's going to be where our jack stud goes.
20:06All right.
20:07Now we're ready to put our header package in.
20:13Yeah.
20:14So we'll put them in one at a time.
20:15Second header.
20:34All right.
20:35We're going to cut and remove our bottom plate.
20:44Pull down.
20:45You pry up and I'll go down.
20:50All right.
20:51Here we have our hidden door kit.
20:52It comes broken down, but it has everything we need.
20:54We'll start at the bottom here.
20:55We have our threshold.
20:56It's going to attach to our jam that's broken down as well.
20:59So we're going to put our kit together.
21:01Left leg, right leg.
21:02We have a header going across the top.
21:03Lock everything in.
21:04We have these hinges at the top and the bottom that have pins.
21:07So we'll need to align those onto the doors.
21:09Okay.
21:10We'll just assemble everything and then put it into place.
21:12Sounds good.
21:13All right.
21:14Try and get these pins in.
21:16And then I'm going to get the glue and the screws and we're going to fasten things together.
21:22We're going to watch that pin.
21:23We're going to watch that dowel.
21:25All right.
21:26Now let's see if it fits.
21:27Sounds good.
21:28All right.
21:29Nice and level.
21:31Perfectly plump.
21:33You've got these cedar shims ripped to two inches.
21:36We're going to tuck in a fat end and then a skinny end.
21:38Put it into that void right there until it fills that space perfectly.
21:42We'll screw right through that.
21:44So we're going to go top, middle, bottom.
21:52I think that looks nice.
21:53You're going to be able to put a lot of books on that shelf.
21:59Nice.
22:00All right.
22:01So the right one goes in first.
22:03Nice latch.
22:04Second one goes in.
22:06Sets it.
22:07All right.
22:08I think you're good to go.
22:09Looks great.
22:10Works perfectly and it's exactly what we wanted.
22:13Awesome.
22:14But now we're going to take everything off.
22:15A little bit of primer, a little bit of paint, whatever color you like.
22:18Okay.
22:19And I think you're good to go.
22:20Sounds great.
22:21All right.
22:22Enjoy it.
22:23Thanks, Nathan.
22:24See you later.
