37:06of impairment without a wheel witness per Florida statute,

37:13So at this point, it's being treated as a medical episode.
37:17But Florida statute requires that if you have a license,
37:20you will submit to field sobriety exercises.
37:23So he's going to ride up to the hospital
37:25and make sure there's no substantial medical issue
37:27that would prevent him from performing field sobriety
37:29exercises, and he'll go from there.
