01:00can't even beat that I'm a retired insurance broker kids are all growing up now and it's very hard to
01:09get everybody together and that's what we're looking for a place that has the ability for
01:13us to do that we are looking for a permanent lakefront home that will feel like we're on vacation 365 days
01:21per year on my wish list is a modern style home luxurious and it must have a swimming pool I'm
01:28more of a traditional and rustic type of person I don't want a lot of maintenance definitely not
01:33thrilled about a pool maybe a pool table mm-hmm I'm both of our wish lists we're looking for four
01:39bedrooms for when our children come to visit and views views views views we want flora ceiling windows
01:46and a look out of home lake I'm looking for a home that makes me feel like we're in a permanent
01:50vacation agent Neeraj single will be working with Kristen and Scott to help them find their ideal
01:55lakefront property today I'm meeting Scott and Kristen I have the perfect waterfront home to show them
02:01today the first property Neeraj will be showing is modern minimalist Haven a contemporary home with four
02:07bedrooms four bathrooms and 2,500 square feet of living space the main floor features wall-to-wall
02:15windows and a modern wood-burning fireplace the sleek modern kitchen has a six burner gas stove the primary
02:22bedroom has a walkout deck and a spa like ensuite outside there are plenty of entertainment areas as well

02:47the main living area of the home it's a good mix of modern and rustic wide plank old floors modern wood

03:22gas burner stove quartz countertops and backsplash as well as the waterfall feature on the main island
03:29and of course the way the sink and the island is positioned it allows you to maximize those views
03:33and speak to your guests I love the clean sleek finishes I love the faucet and sprayer love the
03:41countertops the blue streaks kind of offsets the white it's a little small for me there doesn't seem to
03:47be a lot of area to prepare food is there an actual formal dining room there's not a formal dining room
03:53but you could put a much larger table if you wanted to for eight of us that's not very much space a
03:58couple misses with the kitchen but I think I can win you back with a primary bedroom Wow
04:04wow nice welcome to your primary suite built-in cabinetry and of course most views outside waking up
04:13to that every day is just unbelievable there's two more bedrooms downstairs that actually share a
04:19bathroom and there's another bedroom with two beds outside we're up here so we do have a little bit of
04:25peace to ourselves the kids are downstairs I like that setup we can't leave the primary without having
04:30to look at the ensuite sleek finishes standalone soaker tub a large glass shower the features are
04:38fantastic they're also unique one sink it is a little tight I hear you but I know you're gonna
04:44love outside let's go have a look wow this is amazing wow look at that view when it comes to that
04:51resort feel this is a home run there's a putting green saltwater pool pizza oven this is exactly what I
04:58wanted views the pool yeah I'm not sold on the pool while they are beautiful they take a lot of work
05:04there's a few more features I want to show you so follow me down here when you're done cutting
05:09the lawn Scott you can come and escape here under the covered pergola I like your thinking
05:13there's 180 feet of pristine waterfront there's a bridge out to the dock there's a bow launch that
05:19can provide shallow entry lily pads just make the scenery perfect not pergola definitely spending
05:25time there with a couple of beers I love all of that let's go inside and recap what we've seen

05:372,500 square feet in size 180 feet of waterfront and the price of this home is 3.75 million dollars
05:46given all the extra amenities that it has that's a fair price walking in it just it wowed me great views
05:53and I love that wood-burning fireplace I love the kitchen the white cabinetry the black fixtures
06:00it's just a little too small I loved the bedroom and looking out at that beautiful view the en suite
06:06it was a little small two vanities would help but once I walked out the view unbelievable that saltwater
06:12pool is a non-negotiable thing for me and the pergola that's the vacation home I was looking for
06:18Neeraj you certainly hit a lot of the points that were on our list but I'm wondering if you could
06:22show us something a little less modern I'll go with it as long as there's a pool let me see what
06:27I can find I'm looking for something a little bit more traditional and a bit more space for friends
06:32and family when they come to visit Kristen and Scott are looking for a lakefront home with a resort like

06:49traditional 3200 square foot home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms there's a living
06:55room with Roman columns and views of the lake the kitchen has granite countertops throughout and a six
07:01burner gas stove the spacious primary bedroom has a gas fireplace and a large ensuite outside there's an
07:08in-ground pool and lush gardens on a hundred and forty eight feet of water frontage Scott and Kristen
07:16definitely have different styles today I'm gonna show them a more traditional home which still
07:20provides lots of room for their family good morning Scott and Kristen you asked me to show you something
07:25a little more traditional I think today's home is gonna fit that bill let's go take a look inside
07:30it's great great oh my gosh that view this is amazing wow look at the height of those ceilings this is the
07:41formal living room in the home 12-foot ceiling with inlay lighting the Roman columns and of
07:48course the views will come to your attention immediately that view is spectacular the detail
07:53is amazing those columns the ceiling a little bit of traditionalism I like that you're gonna want to
07:58check out this gourmet kitchen follow me welcome to your chef's kitchen oh wow I love it look at the
08:04space well Scott you can really get to work in this kitchen there's lots of room for prep including
08:09this island with a separate prep sink granite counters throughout high-end appliances including
08:15the gas range with the indoor grill and there's a breakfast bar that overlooks the water just off
08:21the kitchen more great space to entertain this is great prep area in the breakfast bar everybody's
08:27gonna be able to fit in here while I'm getting things ready Niraj this is my favorite room yet I see a
08:32few things that I'm not particularly happy with the two sinks don't even match it looks a little
08:38dated to me at least a new paint job on the cupboards maybe I can win you back with the bedroom let's go
08:44see this is the primary bedroom oh Niraj oh wow look at the view those windows we have the high ceilings
08:53with the inlay lights gas fireplace direct access to the deck and to the pool I love that entire wall
08:59of windows that's what I want to wake up to in that fireplace at night perfect there's one thing I
09:05would say is this carpet it's got to go how many more bedrooms are there the home has two more bedrooms
09:10it's a little tight but I don't know we could make three fit let's check out the ensuite now this is your
09:16primary ensuite wow this is big a lot of mirrors little opulent you have the double vanities a large
09:24glass walk-in shower corner soaker tub maybe a little bit dated but spacious the tub is nice and
09:31big I love that about it but I was more looking for something more modern and sleek sounds like
09:37this ensuite is in your cup of tea but let's head outside where I know you're gonna like what you see
09:41oh my gosh look at all this space in ground heated pool and beautiful panoramic views all day long you
09:49got me at the pool that's exactly what I wanted it looks gorgeous you're killing me here when I'm not
09:55cleaning the pool I'm gonna be gardening let's head down to the dock and see what the property looks like
10:00from there oh my gosh this is just amazing oh man breathtaking isn't that something hmm 148 feet
10:07of waterfront just over two acres the view is terrific when I'm looking this way I'm in paradise
10:14when I look back towards the house I see two acres of mowing lawns lots to discuss let's go inside and
10:19recap sounds good Kristen Scott I showed you this traditional style home 3200 square feet of space with
10:28three bedrooms three bathrooms two acres with 148 feet of waterfront and the price of this home is
10:361.7 million dollars wow that's a pretty good price given how big this place is and the size of the
10:42water frontage when we first walked into the living room I was really taken aback by the attention to the
10:47detail in the columns that kitchen I love the breakfast bar I just see myself making pancakes with
10:53all the kids sitting there the only thing was those cabinets they were just sort of dated I love the
10:58primary big and spacious that en suite it was so opulent however I would like something more spa-like
11:04Neeraj you delivered on that pool it is just beautiful I'm starting to think I'm not going to win this
11:09debate on the pool but when I see the size of this property I want to be on a vacation I don't want to be
11:15spending day after day maintain it Neeraj is there a possibility you could find us something with
11:20slightly smaller property I think I can do that and let me see if I can also find you something
11:24that's a good balance of modern and traditional I do hope Neeraj can find something that will
11:31complement both of our styles but a little bit smaller or that comes with a riding lawn mower
11:36Kristen and Scott are searching for a lakefront property that combines Scott's love of traditional
11:44charm with Kristen's desire for modern design the first property they saw featured sleek modern
11:51finishes while a second property offered a more traditional interior serenity waters offers four
11:57bedrooms four bathrooms and three thousand square feet of living space the open concept main floor has
12:03custom millwork throughout a gas fireplace with the granite surround and large windows that look
12:08out to the lake the kitchen has an oversized island the primary suite boasts a spa-like ensuite outside
12:15there are multiple entertainment areas an in-ground swimming pool and a hundred and eleven feet of water

13:23island I can see all of our kids sitting around here it is a little bit glitzy for me that backsplash
13:29and those LED lights we do have those wood floors for you fair enough Neeraj I notice there's a door
13:35over there where does that lead to that's actually the entrance into the primary bedroom ooh primary
13:40bedroom right off the kitchen isn't a little busy well why don't we have a look and see what you think
13:44oh wow now this is swanky this is a fabulous primary bedroom beautiful architectural detail and beautiful
13:53views plus a patio door directly out to the deck my eye was immediately directed toward this amazing
13:59feature above the bed and the view oh my gosh there's actually two additional bedrooms on this
14:05floor with a full bathroom and the lower level has a fourth bedroom and another bathroom that's exactly
14:11what we're looking for however I'm not a fan of the primary bedroom being right off the kitchen a
14:15little bit of a privacy issue Kristen I know how important a spa ensuite is for you let me show you what
14:20they've got here wow this is unbelievable this is wow the zero entry shower double shower heads
14:29double vanities and this freestanding soaker tub does it feel like a spa in here that and more I really
14:38love the blend of the wood and the tile what do you think of the soaker tub Kristen it is fantastic
14:42I can sit back and relax and just end my day this way let's go check out the views from the deck
14:47oh wow look at that this is the view oh it's like a painting Kristen I know how important a pool is
14:55let's go take a look at the pool here this is just outstanding it's very low maintenance with just the
15:01decking and the concrete stones I see what you did there Niraj very good yeah it looks like I'm not
15:06gonna have a choice when it comes to pools but it is beautiful let's go have a look at the dock

16:02I was blown away with the luxuriousness of it I'm not really a fan of the primary being right off
16:07the kitchen walking out on that deck I fell in love with that pool instantly it looks like I'm
16:13getting a pool one way or the other Niraj and I didn't see any garden so at least to be a little
16:17less maintenance for me standing on the dock I just could think about getting a fishing pole out and
