00:16hordes there are treasures you can't even begin to imagine oh my god I'm Matt Paxton
00:25and my team and I are cleaning out properties rain and poop looking for big scores one of a kind
00:32we found gold for our clients and ourselves and if my instincts are right I think this is legit
00:41everyone wins 82,000 all I can say is wow you give me my house back 110,000 dollars I
00:49can't believe
00:49this is the same house 320,000 all right here we go guys we'd love to be Maryland right by
01:08the
01:09Chesapeake Bay sweet a guy named Scott called me wants us to help clean out his mom and her
01:15boyfriend's house I don't know if you've seen this video yet man it is a doozy so we got Penny
01:22and
01:22Sandy Penny was a nuclear physicist oh so super super smart and this house is just jam-packed
01:31with history really of all kinds I've been in the house since 1988 it's evolved it's kind of like a
01:39living landscape a conglomerate hi my name's Scott and uh Sandy is my mother of 53 years now and Penny
01:47is her boyfriend who I've known now for close to 13 to 15 years I've collected minerals and fossils
01:53since I was a kid and the collection grew and in about 2011 Sandy came into my life and my
02:00collection
02:01and her collection became our collection and minerals and fossils and antiques and art
02:07filled our house and our lives a huge amount of material and it's become overwhelming every inch of the
02:13house has an antique in it as you see I don't have a place to sit we need space lord
02:20god help us
02:22it looks full man like yeah real full yeah it really looks like two different museums have come
02:30together and nobody came for like 20 years so that's good for me because that means I can treasure
02:36life boost the african artwork this is a dancing wine from the sanufo tribe this is a headdress but
02:42human hair napkin they have a room that is loaded with geodes minerals crystals shark's teeth it's insane
02:52that room is a museum on crack there are glass that was formed when an asteroid came down
02:59everybody collects civil war bullets but I collect carved civil war bullets Matt Paxton please help my
03:05mom help Penny out they need you he's got a bunch of rocks and geodes and he's got a bunch
03:12of african art
03:13I mean a lot of risk on this one guys anything that looks museum quality you have to kind of
03:19question
03:19it absolutely the market is flooded with fakes of geodes art masks dinosaur bones rocks you name it
03:30there's a fake out there for it so we're going to do our due diligence and really hone in on
03:36whether
03:36these are authentic well what I see in the video is honestly a lot of opportunity for value I've seen
03:44crystals go for I mean thousands and thousands of dollars absolutely man this could be one of the
03:50bigger payoffs we've seen or we could be walking away with nothing our target items are going to be
03:57Penny's rock and geode collection their rare african art and those civil war bullets which would be big
04:03money if they're authentic hello hello hello Scott Matt good to see you nice to meet you Penny
04:09welcome all right we are excited to see this house man we've been doing this a long time and we
04:16saw a
04:16lot of things in the video y'all sent that we've never seen before cool I was thinking why don't
04:21you
04:21go with Penny and Sandy start doing the tour okay I'll have you guys go check out the backyard and
04:28then
04:28Scott since you called me I'm gonna stick with you that'd be great I get calls from the
04:32children of hoarders all the time where they've done as much as they can to help their parents
04:37and now they need professional help to get to the next level our initial walkthrough is just to find
04:43out are any of these items worth any money and if they are we want to meet with the family
04:47and make a
04:48deal wow this is unbelievable I'm gonna need just a second here wow a little bit of everything in here
05:00I mean there are some amazing things I'm seeing in here holy cow I mean walking into Penny's house I
05:08don't know whether this is a madhouse or a museum but I see thousands of dollars everywhere I look can
05:14you give me an idea like what are the categories of items we're gonna find in this room in this
05:18room
05:19you're gonna find a lot of antiquarian books some of the record albums are in this room you'll find
05:25some taxidermy you got Barry the Beaver Armand the Armadillo they're family members I don't know how
05:32much Barry the Beaver is gonna bring in but when it comes to these vintage books and records I get
05:37really excited this is how we're gonna make some money I think I've seen what I need to see in
05:41here
05:42how about we go check out upstairs sounds good all right is this their bathroom only ones I could
05:52use it right now are the cats is there a usable bathroom in this house they look like this from
05:57this so like this is all right let me peek in here so this is the rock room holy cow
06:04dude I don't even
06:05know where to stand and nothing normal either nothing nothing looks like something you've ever
06:11seen but I dig that good Lord these geodes just so we're clear I mean this could be thousands of
06:19dollars rocks and minerals are some of the most sought-after invaluable collectibles on the planet
06:25their complex structures and eye-catching colors are formed through natural geological processes from
06:31intense heat and pressure deep inside the earth to cooling molten rock where atoms spawn together and
06:37crystallize the slower they cool the bigger the crystals can grow a lot like how precious gemstones
06:43are formed with the rarest ones being worth nearly as much in 2013 a single rose quartz specimen sold for
06:51over 662 thousand dollars I'm kind of speechless and that's it doesn't happen often I did not understand
06:59how massive this rock and geode collection is I thought it was you know a couple trays right
07:05now I'm just dealing with the size of this collection I'm looking at shelf after shelf I don't actually
07:09know the monetary value yet it's gonna take me a while to dig through all these to see what I'm
07:14really
07:14looking at I'd like to get you down to the kitchen the kitchen they really need to get that cleaned
07:18up
07:18they need space okay this the front porch bro that's what they call it yeah apparently I mean you got
07:26some some cool art somebody's a sale because it's unique how would you even price something like this
07:33though that's why we got Mike all right let's see what we've got going on back here wow what do
07:41you call
07:41this room it was an office at one time it houses my sports car collection moving back when I was
07:47a
07:47kid Playboy magazine from 60s and 70s and being in there has a story and personal connection and it's
07:53really going to be hard to let it go realizing that and discovering that I'm human which is hard
07:59hard to understand it's hard to accept um gotta let these things go for him to even say that he's
08:06ready
08:06to let it go means a lot all right so this is this is the kitchen yeah it doesn't feel
08:13like a kitchen
08:14they made some decisions like we all do that go in the wrong way but it seems good at the
08:21time sure
08:21and now if you guys would help would flip that around all right I'm gonna go meet with the guys
08:29thank you dude thank you for calling me this is amazing all right guys wow yeah I don't know that
08:40I've ever seen anything like it I can say I've never seen anything like this is definitely one
08:44of a kind I mean there's some really high-end stuff absolutely I saw museum pieces there's a million
08:48items to go through and we're gonna need very unique buyers and that's gonna be tricky to find
08:53where do you think we can make the most amount of money well I saw some amazing items in the
08:58living
08:59room I'm curious about the rocks that's where I'm at the rocks is the room I want to go to
09:03I mean I think there's a hundred grand in that room like all day long what do you see in
09:07outside
09:07bunch of African like wooden masks different kind of sculptures this is the most impressive
09:13hoard I've ever seen they have created spaces to put things on if we took everything out of a room
09:18and then you and I tried to put it back we'd only get half the stuff yep and if you
09:22step on something
09:23if you step on something if you knock something over it's 500 bucks so please be very
09:28very very careful what are you on expenses like I think one dumpster max and labor what would you
09:35go to I mean we couldn't get eight people in there no no not not eight um we can have
09:40that for I would
09:43say cleanup costs probably be 5,000 all right I'm excited and nervous at the same time which means
09:49you're doing it you're doing the right thing if you're not nervous old coach Morgan said if you're
09:53not nervous you're gonna lose the race I'm nervous let me go find them make a deal all right get
09:58ready
09:58stretch start stretching man we'll be working all right is this stuff odd absolutely but is it
10:04valuable it is the hard part is going to be working in such tight quarters and finding the right buyers
10:10who collect unique items and are willing to spend big money all right guys hey how you doing I'm a
10:18little shell-shocked I don't really know what to do this is still I mean I just cannot stress how
10:23amazing of a collection this is you know my goal is six figures to make you guys six figures in
10:30four
10:31days that changes your life my cleanup cost should be about 5,000 but my team's willing to cover that
10:37as long as we can work out a fair split I think the quality of stuff here is so high
10:42I'd probably offer
10:4330 percent for me 70 percent for you guys okay the answer is 20 percent and then you shake hands
10:52and
10:52yeah all right 20 percent all right if we do good enough I'll go up 25 percent all right give
10:58me a
10:58number over 250 K over 250 there it is quarter million you have to be really careful when you're
11:05managing a client's expectations when they're so emotional about a hoard like this I don't know
11:09that penny is going to be happy with any value we get other than 250 thousand dollars and if we
11:14only get 150 thousand I still think that's a really big win but I don't think penny will be happy
11:18with
11:18it all right yeah I'll take the challenge all right brother thank you thank you I'm excited all right
11:23thank you let's get in there you got a box for me I do all right y'all this is
11:31not a regular job
11:32that y'all don't usually do it's a lot of antiques and there's a lot of fragile things in there
11:37y'all ready to get started let's go with a hoard this dense it's crucial to show progress immediately
11:43if we don't show some type of progress from a cleaning standpoint and from a monetary standpoint
11:47I won't even get the chance to get to 100 grand more or less pennies insane goal of 250 thousand
11:53dollars so while Kaylin and Chris are picking in the kitchen Mike and I are going to go to the
11:56place that we think has the most value the rock room this is like I don't even know where to
12:03go
12:05Jenga in nature here's feldsbar
12:10fool's gold looks like gold but it's not look at this what the heck is that that's wood it has
12:17moss
12:18around it usually I mean like something like this just blows my mind like these different crystals
12:23coming together he's got some cool old bottles at retail these are four to five grand a piece
12:31and unfortunately he's gonna want retail and that's not what the buyers are paying if I could
12:35get three grand a piece I'd be happy and he's got drawers of them I mean absolute drawers of them
12:41oh my god look at this little pipe oh I know there's another one over there too that's really nice
12:49he told me he had a bunch of civil war stuff all right
13:00oh man I found something very cool what'd you get
13:05dude this is what I wanted to find what I've been looking for this for like 10 years
13:11oh look at these what you got civil war bullets this is why we absolutely look through every corner
13:37because believe it or not we always find the needle in the haystack oh wow some of these are
13:43hand carved so like these are three rings and then there's a two ring do you know the significance
13:50on that just different caliber bullets I don't see any documentation about what battle these might
13:55have been from unfortunately if we can't trace them to a specific battle bullets like these are a dime
14:02a dozen definitely not the big ticket items we were hoping for this is a pretty big hit and that
14:07means we're really counting on making some big rock sales to pump up our totals well this really sucks
14:12all right man I'm gonna keep picking in here why don't you go see what you can find in the
14:16hallway
14:22little odds and ends of things these pieces of art
14:27our metal sculptures I'm just looking here to try and confirm but I think they're by an artist by
14:33the name of Dorothy Gillespie Dorothy Gillespie was a pioneer in metal art she's best known for making
14:39large-scale metal sculptures with bold vibrant colors my work is is all from childhood spinning tops
14:48bouncing balls she cut and shaped aluminum and steel into abstract metal sculptures often for public
14:55spaces like hospitals and libraries in 2020 the Dorothy Gillespie sculpture kaleidoscope sold at auction
15:03for five thousand dollars she died in 2012 people still collect her art and the values only go up and
15:10up and up each one of these pieces could sell for between five hundred and a thousand dollars
15:21all right so the goal here we want to find some of the best pieces just so I know what
15:25I'm talking
15:27about one of my favorite minerals azurite azurite azurite a-z-u-r-i-t-e I got that from
15:33a German
15:34dealer back in the 1990s wow what's something like that worth between one two thousand okay this
15:42piece here there's not that many of it came from a particular place in Morocco that's five hundred
15:47thousand dollars just because of this little red it's prostate it's a it's a silver mineral prostate
15:55prostate p-r-o-u-s-t I take Metamucil for that I think we are finding some incredible rocks
16:02in this room
16:03some of these specimens will sell for five figures individually but so far I haven't found anything
16:08that's gonna get the whale that I need in this room to buy this entire collection oh man that's
16:15gorgeous what I'm trying to do is I've got a buyer that's gonna come in here and I want them
16:18to spend
16:19some money right and so I'm trying to look for what's the most expensive thing in here that
16:22someone will buy oh my god look at this megalodon those teeth are certainly up there these megalodon
16:32shark tooth you know it's not every day that I get to hold multi-million year old fossils in my
16:37hands I mean we're always looking for a white whale ironically in this house it might actually be a
16:43megalodon shark's tooth that's probably four or five thousand four or five grand for one tooth these
16:51massive carnivores began stalking the ocean some 23 million years ago eventually going extinct 3.6
16:58million years ago they grew up to 80 feet long that's longer than an 18 wheeler with a trailer
17:05they can weigh over 40,000 pounds which is about 13 African elephants and had massive jaws that could
17:12open up to 7 feet which could comfortably fit a modern-day NBA player though long extinct fossilized
17:18megalodon teeth have been excavated and prized since as early as 400 BC and collectors still pay a
17:24premium for them today in 2011 a collection was auctioned off with a starting bid of 625 thousand
17:32dollars this is I think the best tooth serrations were perfect and it grew so fast the ripples in
17:40the enamel finding these teeth was huge but like everything in this house they're still a very
17:45specialized collectors kind of item every collection needs one item to get all the buyers in hopefully the
17:51megalodon tooth is the item we need to bring in some deep-pocketed buyers it's day two here in
18:03Lusby while I keep digging through the rock room Mike is gonna get started on sales we've got about 50
18:09Civil War bullets the most of these are three ringers there's a few two ringers well I have 150 in
18:16my
18:16pocket if you'll take that you know about I think you just bought yourself some Civil War bullets sounds
18:21good all right that's awesome we were hoping these Civil War bullets were gonna be worth thousands so
18:27I'm definitely disappointed in how this is turning out we have a couple of pieces of Dorothy Gillespie art
18:34my grandmother had Dorothy Gillespie artwork in her home really been looking for it and I haven't been
18:40able to find it that's awesome so for the two pieces I'm at nine hundred dollars and you've got
18:46a deal I can go nine hundred awesome all right thank you Mike all right I've got a really good
18:54feeling about these Megalodon teeth and fossils but with a collection of this high quality and high
18:59quantity I've got to have these authenticated so I called an expert who really knows his bones
19:03Stephen thank you for coming in tell me what exactly you do sure so I like to tell people that
19:08I give voice
19:08to fossils so every fossil tells a story and there's a lovely selection of fossils here because
19:14as you know the price for some fossils has just become astronomical what he has here they're beautiful
19:20specimens like they're these are gem specimens I hope to highlight what I consider amazing ones to
19:24you okay so right off this one here doesn't look like much but these are two vertebrae two backbone
19:31pieces from an extinct tuna but that you have two together that's an extra bonus now one of the
19:37issues your voice just went up like three octaves so like you're really excited seeing this stuff
19:41I love looking at fossils and seeing the potential for the stories that I can tell when an expert gets
19:47this excited about what you're showing them you know you're in the right place uh this drawer is uh
19:51super spectacular uh because it has items like this yeah I mean a giant Megalodon tooth okay so the very
20:00largest Megalodon teeth are just over seven inches these aren't an old world record but they are what I would
20:06refer to as
20:06gem specimens which means that they're virtually pristine that's just an absolutely magnificent
20:11yeah specimen and that's a couple thousand dollar tooth yes easily see how twisted that is this is a
20:17super messed up tooth and then because it couldn't become like this after it was the functional tooth so
20:23does that make that more valuable yeah this is a rare kind of find there are people who are really
20:29fixated
20:30on I want to have the largest collection of pathological Megalodon teeth in the world and so
20:35this would be something that they would highly prize this is huge these fossils are real and
20:40legitimately valuable I can't believe it unfortunately though I've got less than two days to find an
20:46interested buyer with really deep pockets
20:51Penny has a really great record collection and the best part is he's kept them in pristine condition
20:58that's almost unheard of for a collection of this size between this shelf and what's in the other room
21:04there's about 1500 records oh now here we go this is the kind of stuff I really geek out on
21:11these are
21:12NASA photos at the birth of our space program this says original this is 1961 project mercury
21:23I mean just look at these amazing pictures people will love to have these was the moon landing real
21:30I mean it looks pretty real to me this is marked on the back as NASA July 31st 1969 we've
21:38all seen
21:39photos taken in space but to find actual NASA photos with the agency stamp on the back is way more
21:46rare
21:47and that makes them way more valuable these are legitimate pieces of history
21:55we are here to make money but Scott's also asked us to make this house safe and accessible for his
22:00parents so we've got to focus on making this house clean as possible as well so I'm going to clean
22:04out
22:04the bathroom while Kalen and Chris work in the kitchen hopefully we can find more valuables as we go
22:11this is something this is really something that's all I can say about it in this kitchen
22:16it's completely hoarded from the tables to the counters to the floor like everything's covered
22:23so in order for us to get it back to a functioning kitchen we have to remove all of this
22:28stuff even
22:29the trash the big bulky furniture old food all that need to go this might go with that too with
22:35all the
22:35crazy stuff in the rest of this house we'll be hoping to find some real valuable things in here
22:40they don't even sell this stuff like this anymore
22:46like this is crazy this is one of the most complicated clean outs I've ever done
22:53I mean you can't just throw anything away here what do I think would be something he wants to keep
22:59and
22:59what's rocks this is trash find disgusting value even though time is precious I have to be really
23:09careful and deliberate in here because Penny's got all sorts of crazy things in random places
23:13you never know what you're going to find
23:19hang on a second what do we have here
23:31hang on a second I mean that's 14 karat gold
23:37I mean I'm literally finding gold in the bottom of this thing but this is why you get a hand
23:43pick
23:43everything I mean that's gold that's 14 karat gold that's probably 300 dollars in gold I was
23:51definitely not expecting to find gold and silver in the bathroom sink but hey money is money we got
23:57a long way to go to hit my personal goal of a hundred thousand and it's really far from Penny's
24:02goal of
24:03two hundred fifty thousand dollars all right now the rest of this is trash but I'm probably between
24:07silver and gold that's probably a thousand dollars hey thanks for answering my ad about the sports
24:13cards and magazines about 75 playboys and well over a thousand cards I know collectors love stat
24:21leaders but local collectors love local legends even more I mean signed brooks robinson card he played
24:2723 seasons for the baltimore orioles uh johnny unitas card star quarterback for the baltimore colts
24:34cool all the playboys are from the late 60s through the 70s I always read it for the articles I
24:40don't know
24:40about you but so what we'd love to do is work out a deal for everything all the cards all
24:45the
24:45magazines I'm at 2200 for the collections 2200 yep I'm thinking more like 1200 for the cards 500 for
24:56the magazines it's a 17 you know what we're gonna make that deal all right thank you congratulations
25:04doing thank you awesome
25:09it is nowhere to even sit comfortable for them to even eat in like this is not functional at all
25:16you know I'm trying to wrap my mind around this cabinet right here if we can get rid of it
25:21that'll
25:21open up the kitchen a lot turn out this kitchen is way more than just taking out the trash we
25:26also want
25:26to feel space in here so in order for us to get it back to a functioning kitchen we have
25:32to remove all of
25:32this stuff in cabinets for them to be able to sit down and eat a meal you gotta slide it
25:37off yeah slide
25:38slide go down go down i'm good i'm good i got it go down go down go down watch out
25:47for the glass
25:48too j the doors oh oh
25:55without space we can't make these rooms functional and now sandy and penny have a actual kitchen
26:01now that we've cleared out the kitchen this house is starting to look a lot more livable
26:06but we're not just a cleaning crew we're a making money crew and right now our profits are still way
26:11low
26:15we have a bunch of old photos that we pulled from out of the house
26:19and i think i have the perfect buyer for them greg good to see you man good to see you
26:23he acquires vintage memorabilia for local collectors and museums and there's some things that i know he's
26:28going to want to check out very interesting eclectic collection oh yeah a lot of magazines in there and
26:35i love old magazines if they're in rough condition i sell car ads so i'll pull ads out of a
26:40magazine
26:41that otherwise is pretty much shot some of the coolest things i found were these uh nasa photos
26:47right right those are old press photos very interesting that's probably where a lot of the value is
26:52there's some good images in there i'll tell you what to cut to the chase 2500 is the lowest i
26:58can go
27:00i'll go ahead i'll go ahead 2500. there we go congratulations sounds good get some boxes
27:16this joe scared the living crap out of me what that's crazy oh my goodness bro i think this was
27:29some of
27:29africa we're looking for when i first walked in the house and i saw all that african stuff i don't
27:35know which way to feel this is a nice mask though like the detail in this man this thing is
27:41um
27:43it's a lot man doing the type of work that we do we don't usually run up on african masks
27:49this is kind of special hey look k found something else i don't know anything about them they look like
27:55halloween maids but i guarantee they are way more expensive it's day three we've got to keep selling
28:07everything we can and i've still got to find someone willing to make a big buy in this rock room
28:14mark how are you man pretty good how you good thanks for coming down i appreciate it all right
28:18walk me through what you're looking for okay i'm looking for high quality shark teeth okay which is
28:23what i specialize in but i also specialize in rare fossils and some minerals okay well we got them
28:29all yes i see that we got them all it's an impressive collection i'm smiling ear to ear it blew
28:35me away
28:35when i started opening drawers yeah here is a 25 to 3 000 piece here's another really nice big tooth
28:44it has damage but you're talking 2500 tops so these are rare shark teeth they're all from one species
28:53a rare shark called a paratotus benedini and these sell from a 104 small one up to
29:041500 per tooth this is a high dollar tooth i would say at least 2000 for that one tooth and
29:11you're talking
29:12there's probably eight ten thousand dollars just right here look at that one over that corner yeah
29:17isn't it isn't that beautiful that is that's from india look at that incredible and that's probably
29:23a 500 hours on our piece just that just this one piece yeah yeah and this could be 10 or
29:3020. i'm
29:31trying to think of a real deal i can take him that'll get him excited uh fifty thousand dollars well
29:37this is
29:37his retirement and he gets it you've got to have some space for profit of course yeah maybe i am
29:42undercutting the price because i'm thinking of wholesale yeah as you know i need to make money
29:47oh i get it so we're at 50 000 which i think is probably a pretty fair offer honestly you
29:52know
29:52something's going to sit for you for a long time and it gives him the financial freedom he needs
29:56i think that's an offer i can take him let me meet with him all right thank you dude all
30:00right yeah
30:03this is the most fascinating collection i have ever seen we are starting to get some real offers
30:08significant offers what i will say is the offers are coming in at wholesale prices they're not coming
30:15in at retail prices and a lot of the prices that you and i are talking about are retail prices
30:21i've met with
30:22mark from mark's fossils he's came in and again he's the retailer right he's offering fifty thousand
30:28dollars and then in that we're going to help him pack it up and get it out of here
30:34retail it's not close it's not i want to acknowledge that what can i extract and still get
30:39that offer but he's not looking to break this up that's the offer
31:00oh and he's not looking to break it up no that's the offer those all those things for 50 grand
31:05or
31:05nothing i got to feel good about what to get out of it though because i'm going to be living
31:08with it
31:09absolutely and that's why we're having a conversation it's your call but i i want you to think about
31:14what fifty thousand dollars would do to your life yeah for a fifty thousand i'm really not interested in
31:20letting go all right all right don't get me wrong fifty thousand dollars is a ton of money but not
31:26for
31:26this specific collection all we can do is stay focused keep cleaning and keep our fingers crossed for
31:31more potential buyers all right let's make some money we are down to our last day in lesby i need
31:47mike
31:48focused on selling everything else he can in the house look and i'm gonna reach out to every serious
31:52rock fire in the dc metro area but i'm gonna be honest we're working but i'm getting nervous
32:04wow lenny bruce jackson brown and david brownburg hey i'm mike
32:12our first goal is to make money but our second goal is to make space in this house
32:17and the only way we're going to do that is if i sell things in bulk lots so you're checking
32:21out some of
32:22pennies collections here yeah this is an amazing collection i don't think i've ever seen one quite
32:27as cool he just does such a great job at collecting some of the best of the best i couldn't
32:32agree more
32:33i really couldn't i've built a lot of houses over the years and no this is one of the very
32:39best
32:41well now's your chance you could possibly walk home with some of these things today
32:46but you know i gotta ask what is it that you're most interested in well i would like to get
32:50all the
32:51records in these cases here and then in the other room there's the contents of uh the three cases of
32:57books so about 300 books and 1500 records i'm looking to get eleven thousand dollars for everything
33:05what is your best offer on these items uh 10 500. awesome ten thousand five hundred dollars and all
33:15this is yours thank you very much here the stumps right here i think we should leave these for like
33:21the frame and i think we should leave the stones too so it can like kind of look like a
33:26front yard
33:28excuse me i gotta break it gotta break y'all up right quick this biggest anchor it's kind of unique
33:42what is it that drew you to these objects um so i'm a collector i'm a casual collector i'm also
33:49a
33:49descendant at the national museum of african art that the smithsonian has in dc i'm really interested
33:53in this kuva mask right here he's pretty special it's beautiful let's be real we are running out of
34:01time i haven't found any buyers for the rocks and we're nowhere near the six-figure gold that matt has
34:06for this house that's our minimum and if we don't hit it we're in big trouble luckily we found dozens
34:13of beautiful and valuable african masks and sculptures scattered throughout the house and that may be the
34:18only thing that saves us it's hard to get pieces that are actually this nice and this well preserved
34:24as far as the collection is concerned i'd love to make a deal for everything okay um for all the
34:31objects here on the table i'm at ten thousand dollars i think that'll be a number that we can
34:41all walk away happy with sounds good awesome congratulations beth thanks so much uh do you do
34:48electronic payments i sure do
35:01it's almost time to show penny and sandy the house i mean we're excited we've got over seventy
35:05thousand dollars in sales but it's just not anywhere near my goal of a hundred thousand and it's really
35:11far from penny's goal of two hundred fifty thousand dollars good news is i have one last chance to show
35:16this collection to a deep pocketed buyer it's actually radioactive you know fingers crossed he
35:22comes in buys the entire collection and that would get us a lot closer to our ultimate goal all right
35:27jason how are you dude good thanks for coming in yeah thanks for having me right there's a lot of
35:32incredible stuff in here like for instance you know if i could just show you this this drawer up here
35:37for
35:38instance uh is full of radioactive species you know i mean of course you know you might guess that from
35:43the crazy colors um but even like this big chunk of uraninite would really make a geiger counter scream
35:51what would a drawer like that go for retail retail yeah maybe 10 grand 10 grand for easy 10 grand
36:00all right man you've had time to check out the rocks and the megalodon teeth
36:03what are you thinking um ideally i could buy the whole collection is that is that an opportunity
36:19it's late in the day and soon this job will become a fossil all that's left is to get this
36:24house
36:25fully cleared out and show penny and sandy their new evolved home
36:36oh my god it's been a long time you have a front yard now wow i think we're supposed to
