Two bank employees decide stealing money from an unclaimed account is a harmless little hustle. Then they realize the account belongs to a deceased woman. Which would be fine, except the money is not just sitting there. It’s tied to dangerous people who want it back yesterday.

Suddenly their office crime turns into a full-on scramble through Pattaya’s underworld, where every “quick fix” creates two new problems. The movie doesn’t pretend to be deep. It’s the kind of story where you can practically hear the characters saying, “Wait, that can’t be real,” and then it becomes real anyway.

At around IMDB 5.9, it’s not exactly flawless. But it has momentum, street-level chaos, and that delicious feeling of watching amateurs hit the wrong door in the wrong alley. Worth it if you like crime that’s messy, paranoid, and a little ridiculous.

Zwei Bankangestellte wollen sich einfach ein bisschen Neben-Einkommen aus einem „noch nicht abgeholten“ Konto holen. Problem: Die Frau ist tot. Und das Geld ist offenbar nicht nur gespart, sondern schon längst jemandem versprochen. Schon bald stehen die Beiden nicht mehr im Filialalltag, sondern mitten in Pattayas Schattenwelt. Fluchtpläne werden zu Improvisation, WhatsApp wird zu Alarmanlage, und jede falsche Entscheidung kostet sie mehr als nur ihren Job.

Das Ganze ist eher eine schmutzige Verwechslung als ein moralisches Meisterwerk. Trotzdem macht es Spaß zuzusehen, wie aus einem dummen Diebstahl ein ausgewachsenes Katz-und-Maus-Spiel wird. Wenn du Filme magst, in denen „warum passiert das ausgerechnet mir?“ wirklich ernst gemeint ist, bist du hier richtig.
