This circular mansion sat on a coastal cliff for 30 years with nobody inside. The glass facade was gone. The roof had caved in. The floor was buried under a foot of debris and moss. We bought it, stripped it to bare concrete, and rebuilt it from scratch.

The exterior came first — vegetation cleared, facade rendered and painted, every window replaced with new double-glazed units. Then the interior: the rotunda ceiling repaired, the collapsed skylight rebuilt, pearl white metallic epoxy poured across every floor and polished to a mirror finish. The pool re-tiled in deep ocean blue. The garden replanted from bare soil.

The whole process is in this video, start to finish.
