After fighting your way up the stairs in the warehouse, you have to fight Mauro on the roof. He will have a minigun and will relentlessly be firing at you. There is a hiding spot, but you can't use if for long as it will be destroyed. A McManus sniper rifle is very useful here, aim carefully and keep shooting him and he should go down very quickly.
