00:38This place carries history. It reminds us of a moment when nations in Latin America choose cooperation over division.
00:51They rejected rivalry and reaffirmed democracy. And they brought peoples together across borders and rivers.
01:00And I must say, as a European, I recognize in that choice something familiar, and I deeply respect the ambition
01:12and the courage it required.
01:15So, my first message is very simple for having us here in this historic room. Thank you for bringing us
