00:00What's an experience that changed your life? Five years ago I've met this woman
00:04she was 65 at the time and then we became really good friends and the
00:09friendship lasted for five years I think. Suddenly one day I got a call from her
00:14that she was in the hospital and she said she couldn't breathe and she was
00:19spitting blood and I went there and she was already in a big sleep and and then
00:24this day she had cancer out through her body and there was she was going to die
00:27in like a few days and I was sitting with her and holding her hand and I said
00:31to her like you can die if you want to if you have to go you go and then she
00:34dies
00:35well we'll help her and think after that I got really scared of people suddenly
00:40dying or like saying goodbye to people. Is there anything you regret not saying to
00:44her? I'd never said I loved her I've never said that and I regret that but I never
00:50did because it's just strange to say that to an elderly woman who isn't your
00:53grandmother or your mother but I do so I regret that. I talk to a lot of people
00:58about it I share her story because I want her to be seen and heard and it
01:02helps me also deal with it.
