00:00we don't know what to expect and just like that we're already putting drywall on the walls

00:05brings new challenges elevator we didn't figure that in the budget what in the that's a problem

00:12there she is we're about to lift this over the power lines and place this on that elevated

00:17foundation with your seatbelts on that leaves us all on the edge of our seat i want to walk in

00:23and not be able to tell it's a manufactured home i want to go in and be like wow oh here they come

00:29oh my god oh man brian this is looking good so far yeah mika and i build custom homes on fast

00:38timelines we don't want to carry two mortgages for too long time is money we're proof that

00:44construction and marriage can mix give me a sweaty hug we're still doing new construction you ready

00:50to break some ground but now we're taking bigger risks look at all that black mold behind that wall

00:56i think we're gonna do a shipping container house let's go making bolder decisions put your arm up

01:02here we've never put it in any other house and always racing the clock i can't believe they're

01:09gonna be living inside of this in less than 100 days this is amazing

01:15holy moly okay well house is gone yeah looks like they have a pool area oh there they are hanging

01:32out on the dot hello there hi welcome today we are in indian rocks just south of clearwater some of

01:40the best beaches in the entire country right here this location is beautiful it is we've been here six

01:46years got water out back and short walk to the beach but we are hurricane helene victims and we are

01:54rebuilding our home i'm assuming it wasn't elevated it was your traditional like looking at some of the

01:59neighboring homes one level that was the surge got us about 8 30 water started coming in in every

02:05crevice and then we both decided it's time to go and then we tried three doors and we couldn't get out

02:12because the pressure of the water yeah so that's when i got freaked out whoa i said okay this is it

02:18and so we pushed out the rear door from the uh family room we left with a backpack with a change of

02:24clothes a wallet and flashlights yeah and we're carrying it out we're out on the street with

02:29water up to our rib cage is that mary alice it is mary alice that's patrick yeah and a good neighbor

02:38they were elevated and they took us in at midnight so are you guys like born and raised in florida no

02:44we're from virginia okay our youngest son we paid our last tuition check we're like we don't need this

02:50big house we don't need to live in virginia anymore and we found this little slice of paradise

02:55indian rocks beach we love the people the community it's great we've got three sons and we have four

03:01grandchildren and one on the way so the original aim of moving to florida and buying a home that's on

03:07the water was to be the central gathering place for the family grandkids can learn how to swim here

03:13there's probably peace of mind knowing that if we build something new and elevated you're not gonna

03:18have to worry about it anymore where are you guys currently staying at right now we are approximately

03:22three miles from here in a one-bedroom furnished honda one bedroom and why'd you point to him

03:30well we work out of there literally have a desk in front of our our bed so it's very tight quarters

03:38one of the positive features of building new is we get a chance to customize this house for you guys

03:44are you kind of leaning towards something similar to what you had before our house was three bedroom

03:49two bath i'd like to have maybe four bedroom three and a half bath okay we had a great open floor plan

03:56so we'd kind of like to continue that and storage okay what are you guys thinking as far as your style

04:03coastal makes sense right yeah what are we looking at as far as budget so uh we're figuring it's gonna

04:12exceed a million dollars okay yeah anytime you work with pilings unfortunately that is going to add

04:18on average at least a hundred thousand dollars right there automatically and that's just to get

04:22the house elevated in the air plus you guys are going to go a little bit bigger yeah so a million

04:27dollars plus point two seven five okay that's what we think that's good to know okay so i mean especially

04:34with the last hurricane season that we had one thing we have really focused on is doing research on

04:39how to rebuild these homes and not take two years and still make it cost effective so we actually

04:44just found a build partner that i think would be perfect for your scenario well tell us about it well

04:50here's the only thing they don't build here they get manufactured in a warehouse up in georgia

04:58shipped down here and put in place

05:01interesting interesting right yeah these actually withstand up to 180 miles per hour winds where your

05:08traditional block home is about 150 mile per hour they are built much quicker because they are

05:14built off-site what's it going to look like on the outside it's going to look like whatever you want

05:19it to look like i mean so you guys open to this option you think uh we'd love to see an example

05:25right before we commit yeah okay i've never heard of this process before never really been in the market

05:33to hear of this process before the next step is inspiration tour so i think it's going to be

05:39crucial that we see one that you can kind of walk through feel the quality i think that'd be a good

05:44idea before we go i feel like brian and i need to get inspired and check out this water view

05:48yeah okay yeah can you imagine the sun sets when you're more elevated

05:52so mary alice patrick today is all about inspiration and in this case education this is technically two

06:09modules together and it's about 10 to 12 feet in the air which is similar to what we're going to build

06:13on your property i know you guys want a little bit more square footage i think we would have to actually

06:18have at least three modules what are your first thoughts i like how it looks it looks great yeah

06:24i think it's cute it's beachy it's cute i like it yes and then you can dress it up with whatever

06:30material like if you like warden batten in this case they did a siding to make it look like any other

06:37home on the street okay now one thing you'll notice when you elevate guess what that creates

06:41storage storage exactly i would like to have it blocked in and closed we can even you know install

06:50two garage doors or however you want it to look right i think that would be better of course i'd

06:54want to see the insides i hear you that's important so you can see how they're pieced together and see

06:59how seamless the house was so let's go all right we don't know what to expect we're going in with an

07:06open mind i want to walk in and not be able to tell it's a manufactured home i want to go in and

07:12be like wow you know look around the ceiling height's pretty high so this would be equivalent to what

07:18you would be looking at there's no seams that's all been camouflaged you would never be able to tell

07:24this is actually two modules put together it just looks like it's all one big open space this is two

07:31so that's 15 feet a piece it's a pretty big space um now that we get a feel of what it's going to

07:46feel like to build a modular home structurally sound home on the water are we feeling like we're good

07:51with moving forward with this type of construction how do you feel uh i definitely feel more comfortable

08:00yeah yeah it's beautiful good yeah we've been looking forward to today for so long just to

08:09get more comfort in what we're doing i can't wait i'm excited how about you yes very excited

08:17now we can get down to the nitty-gritty and really like dive into design so uh let's go let the fun

08:27begin you thinking you want to do color on the outside we disagree on that oh boy i knew it was

08:35coming i like this like a peachy orange okay i would do a white house boring maybe it's finding

08:43the middle ground whether it be different color trim you know maybe that's an idea too the one floor

08:49one color like a peach and then uh the white below that's not what she meant so how about we take a look

08:56inside today is important because we are going with the modular construction type home once we give

09:03them that list and it's built off site with change orders are nearly impossible makes sense so keep that

09:08in mind as we're walking through today okay this countertop it's got a lot of movement i like it

09:14maybe we should look at other options what do we think about the backsplash any thoughts there i like

09:21them a little bit too similar to what we had i think i would pick something different i have to gather

09:26as much information from both of them to pool selections we want to do two different colors of

09:31cabinetry so we're thinking we want the island in another color do we know what color not peach

09:36so that there are no surprises in a week or two this is really kind of the open concept i feel like

09:41you were looking for right yeah wait a minute what's this over here elevator oh yeah let's see

09:49do we need that that is kind of convenient because we're going to build 10 to 12 feet so if you don't

09:56want to take the stairs we might need that we didn't uh we didn't figure that in the budget did we

10:01certainly would be nice for a two-story house

10:04just wondering is it a necessity

10:08it might be closer to a necessity okay than a convenience so for when you get a little older

10:18groceries whatever you want to yeah carry upstairs that is a really high-priced item you know

10:2420 25 000 maybe so i mean are you comfortable with that are you comfortable yeah well i got a

10:33feeling we have to be comfortable with that and we'll work it out okay so elevator it is that's a

10:39cost down the road that's going to be negligible it'll be absorbent appreciation it's not something

10:46that i think we'd have to worry about in the long run i'm glad that we saw this because if you would

10:52have said something about the elevator after we started the build that could have been a little

10:55bit messy i get it i think we should take a ride anyone try it out sure let's just be a hundred

11:01percent sure all right let's go how cool is this whoo-hoo quite the adventure i say oh it's dark

11:10why the is the light not turning on

11:13all right after doing the inspiration tours i'm hoping that you feel a little bit of reassurance

11:26about this new innovative way to build a house are you ready to uh see what we came up with yeah yes

11:32the outside elevation is going to be a little bit different than the previous home because guess what

11:37we are going to be elevated 12 feet in the air and i think one of the biggest things is having that

11:42area underneath for the garage space and storage was really really important yes that's key to him

11:49something we live without yes you've got the symmetry because you've got the garages on each

11:53side of the entry we add the lap siding you have the metal roof so it really has a coastal vibe

11:58are y'all ready to walk in this front door or wait a minute now should we take the elevator or the

12:03stairs i'm stairs he's elevator oh all right well guess what y'all can meet in the entryway of the

12:10home you have kind of a little foyer area where the elevator will drop you off because you're

12:16elevated you're going to walk in and you're going to see the water views right away nice and it was

12:21really important for you to keep open concept so yeah the center of the home really is still going to

12:25be that kitchen the dining and the living room because that's where all the family's going to be

12:29hanging out on the left you're going to have two bedrooms that'll share a bathroom on the right

12:34hand side of the house we gave you a really nice guest suite that is going to have an en suite

12:39and then your room is tucked all the way in the back your spa is attached right to your primary suite

12:45so you've got the soaking towel the walk-in shower the walk-in closet nice one of the biggest things you

12:51fell in love with was the view so we definitely wanted to add a back porch that expands the full length

12:57of the back of the house so you can actually kind of see the three different modules that are going

13:04to come together to form your dream home so it's going to come in pieces but it's going to be

13:08complete once we're done i'm convinced that's right again i'm excited okay like that this is a great

13:15efficient floor plan where it's giving you the four bedrooms you've got three and a half bathrooms now

13:19and we're right around that 2,500 square feet and we're going to keep in your budget of 1.3 million

13:24dollars as long as you don't make any more changes or add a his and hers elevator we cannot wait to get

13:30you back into your dream home i have a feeling that your family is going to have extended vacations

13:35so this might be the most unique groundbreaking day we've ever done because we're breaking ground

13:55in 30 different places first we are pre drilling the holes and we are pounding these pilings 30 feet

14:02down into the earth this is all pressure treated pine that hammer is 3,000 pounds of force

14:09driving these pilings deep down into the earth so pilings are basically normal footers on steroids

14:17they're going to anchor this house to the ground that way when the next big storm comes this house

14:23isn't going anywhere

14:24something's wrong here what in the

14:39that's a problem mike come here i gotta show you something

14:48why are you spray painting the spa

14:51that's where the piling is supposed to go we're right in line here

14:57are you sure i'm i checked it like four times look we're in line here yeah in line with this row

15:04it's it's directly where the hot tub is i don't know if you know the site crew thought we were

15:09demoing all this yeah can't move the hot tub and we can't move the house time to get the engineers on the phone

15:19i feel like there's a lot of options here we can't move the hot tub and we can't move the house

15:23uh you want to make a call i'll make the call to the engineers you know first i had a pounding

15:27headache from all the noise that comes from driving these pilings in place now i have a pounding headache

15:33from this piling being out of place i've got some good news what they say i do have some good news so

15:40we're going to move it a couple feet there's going to be enough structural strength there on the

15:44foundation nice but what we're going to do above that when we're building the elevation above it

15:49then we're just going to reinforce that framing some different ways to strap it and tie it all

15:53together so it's gonna be strong and safe absolutely but they can still use the hot tub absolutely hot tub

15:58is safe thank you and the helm is still going to be strong crisis averted on day one crisis averted

16:19all right this is where it all happens when we took a field trip to georgia for a few days we get to see

16:26the first module of our client's house get started today all these stations are lined up step one

16:31through all the way to the finish line so rather than all the subs coming to the house you basically

16:36bring the house to the subs that's true right i love it this assembly line has 17 different stations

16:42and from a to z you can build a house in about a month like you can work even though it's raining

16:47outside and none of these materials will ever get wet all right hey well let's start at station number

16:53one all right so basically all your floor joists everything here and then it just kind of works

16:57its way down which i think is so cool this is a header over one of the door frames mika yeah i think you

17:04should get the nail gun on right uh-oh uh-oh come on you got it you never let me use power

17:09you got this all right how the hell oh wow and just like that we're already putting drywall on the

17:24walls so typically we do not use epoxy when we're drywalling but we have to make it extra strong in

17:30this case because it's going to take a 250 mile journey home i cannot believe how fast this is going

17:37it's time to move this piece to the next station oh nice we gotta stand up the walls bring them down

17:42and then attach the walls to the flooring system and everything is hurricane strapped to the foundation

17:48i love it next station they're putting out about eight houses a month man that's pretty amazing look at

17:55this oh that does all the heavy lifting we're not messing around

17:59all right bring the next wall in this is probably the most efficient job site i have

18:08ever been on all right hoister up hoister up it's just so different from anything we've ever done before

18:14the electricians are in there the plumbers are working the hvacs getting installed

18:18and just like that we are under roof under roof

18:28oh time to get this tray moving again i mean we are accomplishing like five different things at the

18:34same time typically we uh put the trusses in place and then add the drywall on the underside but uh in

18:42this case the drywall is already down or adding trusses on top so we just have to kind of think

18:46backwards to keep moving forward well i'm here on site mika's with mary alice and patrick hopefully

18:54knocking out their design decisions i know for a fact everything here is in stock and we have to make

19:01some decisions pretty quickly because these interior finishes will be in the house before it arrives to

19:07florida so i think we should start with the kitchen space what are your thoughts on some of these

19:12cabinet samples pick what speaks to you what you're going to be happy with we're going to make this house

19:17have your personality okay so what do you think about if we did the islands in the wood and like these

19:25for the cabinets i think that's going to make the island kind of feel like a custom piece of furniture

19:29it's different what do you think do you like that combo yeah i like it we should talk about bathrooms

19:36i've got some different tiles here that speak to that coastal vibe i like the color and i like the

19:41texture i like that it looks like it is like a little bit close okay so this might look really

19:46good is your raw tiles in the shower i like that so patrick what do you think i like these three

19:55oh okay wait a minute okay now i like this better than that and i like this

20:02i think this would be nice in the primary and this and all the other other bathrooms awesome love

20:11it i like that i'm placing these orders okay you feel good about it yeah i mean it's overwhelming but good

20:17time to make a garage not only do we have 30-foot pilings deep into the ground we also have 12-foot

20:33solid concrete cinder block walls the next time a hurricane comes through here it can huff and puff

20:39but it will not blow this house down you know this feels like a traditional block build that we're

20:49used to but instead of putting trusses up here we're putting an entire house

20:54you gotta keep your head on a swivel here me hey you definitely do a lot of stuff going on it's so

21:13crazy to me that we're looking at these as individual models but once we get these on site all together and

21:20it all comes together it's going to look like one unified house all right so this portion of the

21:25house is barry alice and patrick's main bedroom and that's their main bathroom right there i love

21:30it and then two stations down the track they're actually doing cabinets today the kitchen is kind

21:34of the heart of the home we got to make sure it jump aboard the train and let's go down the track

21:39yeah okay let's go thank you oh jeez i give you a dream kitchen this is a nice sized space right i also

21:49know all of our other tiles have been delivered i'm gonna go check out everything from flooring

21:54to tile and then you can finish up here when you come back this kitchen will be done oh i like that

21:58music to my ears you notice how i give you the heavy one let me see this should be our bathroom tile

22:10let's check it out oh whoa hold on a second so now we just need the uppers over where the fridge is

22:16gonna be no that one i didn't have on my palace let's go search yikes wrong color wrong size this might

22:25be it wrong color oh my god what oh no that's pretty beat up see what we got going on here oh no yikes

22:42you see any gray upper cabinets no no this is not good i have to let brian now

22:52is that a cabinet order oh you might have it those are cabinets

22:59which module is this going for is this going to this one i'm missing i'm missing gray uppers

23:04no dang long number hey brian oh man all right well this is for the guest bathroom and this is just

23:17one box out of three we order 10 more every single box has tiles that are making that sound shoot i hope

23:25that 10 percent covers us because we really don't have time to reorder tomorrow we're starting tile

23:31i'm just hoping that we can finish tile i really hope we have enough me too because i've had enough

23:36yeah me too how's the kitchen coming along oh boy i wish we would have ordered 10 percent more

23:45kitchen cabinets what do you mean let me show you oh okay what everything up until this point has been

23:55moving down the track perfectly but today is kind of a train wreck oh okay we both just exhaled at the

24:03exact same time here's the thing that would look weird it's gonna take a couple weeks to get new

24:07cabinets to show up here in georgia my plan is to keep the progress going ship the new uppers down

24:14to florida and install them on site it could be worse and it's still manageable to still get mary

24:19allison patrick home on time are you crying or sweating no it's sweat but pretty soon it might turn

24:24into a tear we made it to the end of the line almost oh my gosh all right station number 17 this is the

24:35last station all right countertops are going in thank you yes those are awesome tiles going in

24:43and i'm really hoping we have enough all i found was 10 good boxes so that's all we got to do all

24:50three of those walls please don't drop any tile during the install all right our fate is in your

24:54hands eric hey we got to do the kitchen countertop next why does your side look lighter than my side

25:01wall watch your step watch your step almost there yep you got it you got it

25:08wow it looks so pretty here you go now it feels like a kitchen hey i really want to check on the

25:15progress of the bathroom are we good we're good our prayers were answered i am really happy tile is

25:24getting finished it's almost time for our first module to get wheels on it and hit the road here it goes

25:31these things have to make quite the journey down to florida 250 miles there's still going to be

25:36nerves until we see everything in place in indian rocks oh my god please be safe drive slow

25:47holy moly there she is it made the journey from georgia intact and looking good so it's made it 250

26:05miles now it just has to make it the last 250 feet i am nervous we're about to lift this over

26:11the power lines and place this on that beautiful elevated foundation so put your seat belts on hey

26:17power company shut down all the lines they only gave us four hours so that's all we have that's our

26:24time frame all right we got to move quick because i know that people are going to get antsy so let's do

26:28it all right let's raise it up oh my gosh i was already sweating because it's hot outside but now

26:34my hands are sweating because i am so nervous

26:41we officially have liftoff

26:42oh my god hey that doesn't even look real look how close we are to those lines that's insane oh my gosh

26:53wow wow wow wow i got it we are like an eighth of an inch off so we're gonna bring it up and try to

27:03shift the whole thing it's moving did we get enough it moved about that much is that good yeah

27:15well the first one's in place yes and the time is ticking yeah it is on the electric company

27:19oh let's bring number two down first let's get it over the power line then we'll worry about turning

27:29it all right home come to your new home let's go right this way oh what was that right this way

27:50what was that oh i think we got to bring this one back down something something popped hey what the

27:57hell was that i heard something pop you know what it was the connector that they put it through

28:03broke through the board and ripped off the nails straps yeah yeah that thing was loud luckily the

28:10house was not damaged what's going on so module number two is actually longer meaning it's heavier

28:16so we had to distribute the weight evenly in two different places instead of one okay but i'm

28:22more worried about us running out of time we gotta roll yeah all right take two on module number two

28:31oh god oh my god

28:34this is surreal and we started at eight o'clock this morning it's 11 23 so we have 37 minutes

28:46to get both these in place one's come right up to this current one but now hit it yep we're hitting now

28:53we're touching hot we're there like a glove ready for number three all right that's our final piece

29:06so they were supposed to turn power back on at noon hopefully we can get this up the next 10 minutes

29:11before they show up bring her home i'm gonna feel so much better once this third piece is safe and sound

29:32check it out just like that i'm inside your dream kitchen let's turn the power back on

29:41i cannot believe jade is in driver's ed it feels like i was just teaching you how to ride your

29:53bike i'm excited it just like has hit me that you are getting close to being an adult just i'm just

30:00gonna put this out here i will drive you anywhere and everywhere you have to go for the rest of your

30:04life that's good to know for gas reasons yeah ah she's so smart all right buddy all right hey we'll

30:10see you in a couple hours hi i can't all right so while she's doing that we really gotta start

30:19brainstorming like a special project what if we created like either a lounge just something kind

30:25of cool that can give them like that vibe like an extra amenity they don't have yet i like it i

30:29like it it's gotta look coastal because it's a very coastal street i'm not covered for sure because

30:35it's too hot and they need some shade i will say uh i've been working there quite a bit lately and

30:40every time i take a break with the guys we always go to that back left corner by the pool right now

30:47there's nothing there there's nothing there it's just it's just like pavers so that might be a good

30:52spot for this is going to be a really cool idea i love it all right there sorry but the elevator's

31:05not quite done yet we have stairs it's good so what's uh what's the plan well the elevator's not

31:11the only thing that's not done uh-oh i'm going through my checklist right now of all the things

31:16happening today we've got drywall going on lighting flooring painting the metal roof is starting to go

31:23up pavers doors outdoor entertainment area find missing cabinet and install it's the one that goes

31:30right over the fridge right here it was supposed to be installed at the build center in georgia i have

31:35no idea where it is i just tracked it and it said it's here whistle if you find it i don't know if you'll

31:40be able to hear a whistle in here you guys see a box in here with a missing cabinet that's not in there

31:51this is frustrating i know it said it was delivered this could be it brian

31:58i got the door price is this it that is the door price hey so we have to get that assembled

32:04and installed today oh no problem the old man came through

32:08barry alice and patrick are coming home in like three days and we have about nine days of work

32:14left now that this is done we have about 500 other things to get done today the outdoor entertainment

32:21area i was going to say do you want to help but uh you rode with me so you got no choice exactly

32:25there's the quads the day just started feel the burn okay i'm trying to see where i'm going this

32:41is going to be an uphill battle to finish this house and i'm not just talking about the two flights of

32:45stairs it's not only scary because i'm afraid of heights but we've got the roofers finishing up

32:50the elevator is being installed we've got people painting garage doors about to get painted garage

32:55doors landscaping's gotta happen railing's gotta happen it's chaotic when you have so many crews

33:02here we're used to working with more than one sub but right now it's nuts this goes in the bedroom

33:07right yeah let's see that in there oh okay not yet we're still painting in here i'll be back i'll be back

33:16i hate to admit this but i feel like we may have gotten overconfident because most of this house was

33:21built off-site in georgia and we might have procrastinated a little bit there you are i was

33:27looking everywhere for you what so uh still not quite done yet well my dad and i started this the other

33:34day and i honestly forgot that we didn't even finish this yet this is their special project though i'm

33:40getting overwhelmed yeah and i usually don't get that way but i'm looking around i don't see this happening

33:46i do i see a lot of people working hard so let's join the crew oh watch out oh that could have been

33:53so scary whoa and let's be honest we have never built a house like this so there is a bit of a

33:58learning curve we're learning as we go along whoa that's scary and uh right now i feel like we might

34:05be failing i just heard from the landscapers they're on their way so we have to get all of this out of the

34:10way oh no no no because this cannot get dirty everybody construction production if you're here

34:16today you're doing some work we've got our dining room those chairs are for there that's gonna go

34:23over there okay wait i'm coming that's in the other room that's the guest room where am i supposed

34:29to put all this stuff oh my goodness uh we're bringing up all of the patio furniture well you can't

34:35put it out here right now i think we just need to tuck it over here in the corner i'm just i'm

34:39hey i'm telling you we're not ready we're not ready for furniture you are not being a team player right

34:44now i'm just i'm hey i'm telling you we're not ready we're not ready for furniture all right well

34:51that furniture is not ready to be outside but we can just put it in here i don't feel like unloading

34:57all this stuff moving it and then moving it again we have to make sure that when we're around

35:01the crew we're that driving force we got this hey we are the team captains we need like a theme

35:06song to be honest let's do this you are not being a team player right now like you gotta just we're

35:10gonna we're gonna get it done we can't forget the fact that we are approaching the one year anniversary

35:16wow of hurricane helene and this new type of construction will help a lot of families in

35:22this area that are still waiting to move back home oh railings are here i'm feeling a little bit better

35:27now mika's positivity is rubbing off on me it's gonna be a long night and probably early morning

35:42what you're serving today a dream home i'm feeling a lot better today than i was

35:48yesterday i can't believe we got here i really can't it's amazing we finished this house technically

35:54this morning it was past midnight when we were officially done kudos to our team and our crew

36:00couldn't have done without them we have a ton of pressure with this house i mean mary alice and

36:06patrick they were skeptical from the beginning about this build process and now it's like judgment day

36:11we're getting close mary alice are you excited i just caught myself holding my breath it's been a year

37:40very happy we did this that's the last trip of those steps did we beat them i think so this is

38:11property so like you're gonna get it so if you're impressed with this hallway why don't you see what's

38:18it's down that hallway oh it's beautiful i like the backsplash it looks so good lighting under the

38:26cabinets too i love it i like that i'm glad we did that uh-huh custom hood check out the island

38:34countertops the colors in this are amazing you've got plenty of seating here on the island and then

38:40check out the dining space when the kids grandkids are visiting you have a lot of space in here to

38:44entertain we didn't have all this room before wow look at the back porch yeah wow the porch is huge

38:53the views have gotten better right oh yeah sunsets are gonna be right there beautiful go patrick after

39:00you check out your new outdoor living space it's huge isn't it great this lanai is the width of the

39:07entire house a lot of space to entertain out here right because you have this living room dining a little

39:12bistro set it's pretty pretty massive beautifully done what's that going on out back there guys

39:19you're going to see that a little bit later should we see where the kids and the grandkids are going

39:22to be staying when they come visit i promise you we'll come back outside let's do it all right

39:32real nice so will the family approve when they come visit you think oh yeah i'm very happy nice all

39:38right so this is only one of the guest bedrooms but we do have another one just down the hall for the

39:43grandkids oh that's sweet and they have their own bathroom attached wow they're gonna be so spoiled

39:54you want to spoil them right yeah that's why three parents are allowed to do love the tiles i love the fact

39:59that you just said that that tile gave us a headache what about you two i feel like we need to show you your

40:05main suite all right mary alice and patrick you can finally rest your head and relax take a sigh of

40:11relief it's a king look at this are you talking about him no oh you're gonna be greeted by beautiful

40:22sunrise every morning look how much light is going through here yeah that's a great spot for coffee in

40:28the morning yeah it is absolutely absolutely well we're not done we do have a little private spa area for

40:34you so we'd like you to check that out too wow you can have your own sink i like that you kept the

40:45same countertops in the kitchen because those are amazing yeah i like it too what do you think about

40:49the tile you selected i love it it's neutral and it's light i'm very pleased this is calm and relaxing

40:56but the most common relaxing area is outside oh let's check it out hey we can just go from the bedroom all

41:02doors lead outdoors uh-oh what is that very nice this is beautiful yeah you like it oh i love it

41:13absolutely love it it's over the top we wanted to add something back here you already had the pool

41:18you already have the dock great spot for entertaining yeah do you like this or the elevator more oh i like

41:26this whoa yes i really do love this this is great feels like home now well i'm glad you like it i can't

41:33wait for the family to come down and start enjoying it this house you know it's got four bedrooms three

41:38and a half bathrooms and those three separate modules came together to form 2500 square feet

41:44and we kept it in your budget of 1.3 million i know it's been kind of a stressful journey and i think

41:51this is going to actually be inspirational to a lot of neighbors and people in this community thank

41:55you i agree that there is still hope yeah and we are rebuilding one house at a time we appreciate it

42:07thing for us is bringing our family here it's hard to believe it's been a year since they've been here

42:15everybody will have their own room and you won't be on top of each other and everything's improved

42:21we're grateful and blessed
